In fact, the interface of an exchange should be like this, I see your two clear net domains, one is nomoex.org and the other is nomoex.com. May I know what is the difference between them? Although I think nomoex.com is a centralized exchanger and the other is dex or something like web3 based?
And do you have ANN thread on the bitcointalk forum? if have then you can mention that also here

Nomoex Token hasn't launched yet on any exchange. This is the final pre-sale before we launch the token. We delayed the launch to focus on building the product. Now that our product is live, we're conducting this last pre-sale before the launch. The exchange listing date is 31st August 2024.

It is largely undesirable in such a situation as it is quite unfair for those who were expecting their payments to be made, but were disappointed. it’s as if the people did not deem it as very crucial to ponder upon events that might occur in future.
