Title: Suggestion for Translation section.

I have a suggestion to add subs to translation section.

First sub should be for offers from translators (where they can offer their service)
Second sub should be for translations announcements from projects.

I was reading today translation section and is messy now. Offers from translators between translation requests from projects. Would be much easier to navigate and find what you looking for if this subs will be added.

totally agree... the section was working in the past, but we are fortunate to see our forum growing and now things should start to be re-organized to make everything smooth  :D

I've been thinking also of adding subs to local boards where translators can post their works. It will benefit the translators and it will organize the threads to make forum more decent.
