The company is still facing fines. THE PROBLEM IS THE FINES ARE VERY SMALL. So the company  simply mines on.  Knowing if they lose in the long run the max fine is 500 dollars a day.

That 300 container mine earns 180 millions a year.

Facing at worst 183,000 in fines.

ITS a sad joke. I do wonder if a home owner just gets a bulldozer and wrecks the containers.
