Entrepreneurship is not easy to venture into, and as the years go by, business is more difficult to start and operate successfully. Currently, which business will you advise someone who is considering entrepreneurship to start?

this is not a game of weak and noob , this is for reasonable minded people.

I would prefer to run a gamble outlet like a bet shop where gamblers can come and bet online and book their games. I think currently the rate at which youths are going into gambling is increasing and down here in my environment, there are only few gambling outlets which are always filled up most times with people gambling.

What I do observed now is the growing of working people around me and also for rent apartment here and there are coming because we are becoming more industrial and business area , than means many people are now having a little time in doing their personal things .
that comes me to the idea of planning to have a Laundry shop , because the demand of clothes cleaning is increasing day by day .
aside from that is Food business of course , the more people is the more eater .

I am from Nigeria, and I already own a plantation, which is a very profitable business given the demand for plantain in my neighborhood, particularly among bole sellers and food vendors.

Re: What is the most beneficial business to start around you?
Currently, I'm living in a large area that's considered a remote area (10-15 KM away from the nearest market) since we've been surrounded by mountains and since we've been surrounded by mountains, internet connection coming from cell towers are almost non-existent because it's been blocked.
Luckily, we bought this ISP coming from Elon Musk (Starlink) where it only needs a clear sky to gain access to the internet. Now the good thing is that, we are able to let our neighbors access to the internet as well by letting them connect to our internet connection. Of course, they need to pay, but it's a minimal amount already. At least in this way, they are covering our monthly subscription + a little bit of profit that's going to our expenses.
Looking around in our community, there are many things that's still needed like a Gasoline Station, and a Water station that's both a necessity for every one.

Entrepreneur and Business are relatively different though.
Business is more easy and all it needs capital and basic knowledge so it could be anything from a shop to a supermarket or whatever but most likely you will just follow the path that's already proven successful idea.
While entrepreneur is something that involves innovation so it has high risk and also chances of becoming too big.

even tho they are most of the time interchangeable some people do not realize that there are some differences being good in business and being good in entrepreneurship are two different things
a businessman would just be purely focused on making profits no matter what that means meanwhile an entrepreneur wants to actually make a difference and do something with their ideas sometimes an entrepreneur has a harder time to accept and make decisions for the success (measured in profit) of their company

It wasn't until my childhood that i established myself as a successful entrepreneur. So i myself became known as a restaurant owner. I have a small business that has all kinds of food items to manage daily life. But business advice will not be 100% effective because not everyone preferred business will be the same. So first research which items are in high demand but low supply in your area. Then start the business of that thing, because if you can meet the needs of the customers then your business will run towards success very quickly.

I’m in a suburban area with a lot of young families, so something like a daycare or tutoring center could do really well. There’s always a demand for childcare and educational services, especially in growing communities.

Much as the city’s food culture is diverse the fast foods restaurants business is a good venture due to the high demand in the market. you still need to consider the cons and risks of this
first of all franchising a fast food restaurant is not cheap at all it requires initial investment that costs a LOT and if you do not have that much available then you can already give up on trying to franchise one second it relies too much on the brand and there’s no personalization you can’t control anything directly even if it is your business technically and third the reputation of the brand may be difficult to maintain considering many branches which could affect your branch of the brand

i'm planing to have a food business as well. just a simple porridge, chicken soup and vegetable soup just planing to move around from school to school using a van where i would just pull out my stuff and set the kitchen stand with few tables and chairs.
just stop from one school where they kids are dismissed at 5PM, i'm sure they are hungry. and then in the morning before 8AM i'd travel to the IT building nearby, those employees come out for breakfast and i'd be there for them too.

In my country I think the point of sale ( POS ) is one of the most reliable business to start as an interpreter it doesn't require millions and even alot of thousands especially in the area where I reside there are not enough banks so the POS make alot of money from withdrawals and any services the bank could offer. But it also has it's risks you would only have to master them and then you are good to go.

Considering the eclectic power supply and the fact that their are businesses around that needs power and also the fact that residential buildings around needs power for their day to day operations, I strongly think that installation of solar panels and generator repairs will flourish.

for me my advice is to engage in fish faming,i have so many experience,i do have two pounds,but it's more of engagement to look after your fish pounds,that's should be my own advice.

Business idea: Hygienically produced vegan products
There is class of people moving away from dairy becoming aware of cruelties happening in dairy industry and there is lack of vegan products in my country (India), so I am pitching in this idea that there is scope of success in here.
Why did I put hygiene? There is lack of hygiene in India, being completely transparent about how products are produced will have people put faith in you.

For me, I don’t really know business that will be more profitable or beneficial if one start, all I do is that, if I want to start up a business, I will check out the environment which I currently base is, that is to say, what people mostly want or need there, whatever thing people mostly needs or want over here is what I will start up with, then with time I might introduce new things which people are not familiar with, by then I have gain more experience and more customers, even if most people around here open the same business, I don’t mind, because I know that I will still introduce new business to people, that is why I will do that to get people attention, and that is what I do advise people if they come to me for help and this my idea of mine, helps most people from disaster or break down of their businesses.
Which we always do all it takes just to secure our business from failing.

As s Nigerian, I believe that everyone cannot do without food or drinking water. Even if one stays for a year without buying clothes, he cannot stay even a week without eating or drinking water, unless that person is fasting or is on a suicidal mission. So starting a food business like selling or either cooked food or raw food item can be one of the best way to kick start ones financial gold mine. Am telling you I have seen a lot of person's who have single handedly trained her children through the canteen business she has. Also if one can get enough funds or loan. Another business I think that one can venture I to is owning a Purewater company. It seems so local, but am telling you this is another goldmine.

Well, any business centered around people's need often works. Even here I am seeing plenty restaurants and food stalls popping up, and those RO water providers too.

I went into POS business sometime ago, around late last year, at first it seemed easy peezy, but sooner than expected, I lost a lot because I was given fake money, which seemed original when I first collected it. So I definitely concur with when you said POS has it's risk, but the risk are sometimes unavoidable no matter how smart one is.

It's really a great idea and it actually beneficial to Nigerians. because the installation of solar panels, generator repairs and selling of generators can generate a lot of income due to electricity problems that the Nigerians are facing.

The clothesline business is the business that I can recommend someone to start up because it has no timing or location for it to excel. In any given city you open the cloth line business in, expect customers to patronize you at any time of the year(rainy season or dry season) Because the demands will always be there

That’s a good idea, starting or running a business where you know you can achieve from it, it’s good and also it’s good to know what people who stays around you really wants before you start up your business, because if that is not done, you might end up not making enough sales or not making any sales at all.
So to avoid it, one has to be careful, makes some necessary investigations before embarking on your journey of your business to avoid future financial difficulties.
