For too long, the crypto industry has been under attack from Elizabeth Warren, Gary Gensler and others. Despite a huge bipartisan Congressional effort to develop clear rules [of regulation], the White House under Biden has stood by and allowed a campaign of unchecked regulation through coercion. This approach reduces U.S. competitiveness as other major economies around the world put forward clear rules to regulate digital assets.

Powell ended his post with the hashtag #freeross, a reference to Trump's promise to release Ross Ulbricht, founder of the Silk Road darknet market.

Donations to Biden campaign didnt save FTX criminal owner scammer Sam Bankman-Fried from jail, and they won't save Kraken exchange also if Trump gets (s)elected.
I am not comparing Kraken to FTX and owners are totally different kind of people, but you can never trust politicians with money and donations.

The purpose of donating to presidential candidates is not to expect them to help in case companies violate the law. The donation is intended to support candidates who have a positive attitude towards crypto and can promote the development of crypto in the future. In other words, it is an investment in the future of crypto and of the companies themselves.

Kraken has not shown any signs of defrauding user assets, so Kraken's support for Trump is completely normal and deserves recognition because Trump is a candidate with an open-minded view of BTC and crypto. I don't have much money to support Trump, but I will follow and wish him success in this election so that he has the opportunity to implement his plans to make the US the global crypto center.

Lets see how we move from here, now that the presidential race has been won, we have the time enough to be on wait in anticipation of the aftermath of all these actions, i know already that Trump is in debt on so many organizations and crypto entity, this is what to expect whenever you also receives help from others the time you needed them the most in helping you.

All those big bosses who got rich by providing expensive services on their CEX have shown themselves many times in a negative light when it was necessary to help people who defended Bitcoin - but at the same time they pay for cheap media publicity by donating politicians.

I will only say that I would not be comfortable standing next to a man who has as many as 37 indictments, calling a mob to attack state institutions and kill state officials. Everything for profit, nothing against the USD - in money we trust.
