Hi all,
To give a bit of background, Roundable is a New Zealand-based company that has developed a fully functional cryptocurrency roundup app that also offers significant travel perks to users (including 250 travel dollars for each new user among other benefits). They are currently executing a capital raise focused on international VCs and firms which will enable the app to be fully launched and marketed in the four initial territories: USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
I purchased Roundable Future Guaranteed Allocations (FGAs) at the very earliest stages and am now making them available for sale for the same price that I paid for them. Following completion of the current capital raise, FGA holders will receive synthetic shares (in the form of an NFT) representing their investment, which will later be converted to traditional finance shares in the company.
In the current capital raise, Roundable FGAs are being sold to VCs at a valuation between two to six times higher than when I purchased them in the Round 1 raise (and this is before it has even been fully launched and marketed, after which the valuation would rise rapidly). Acorns, which is the market leader in terms of fintech roundup companies (though for stocks and ETFs rather than cryptocurrencies), and is only available in the US, had a valuation of 1.9 billion USD in 2022 for example. Roundable is the only company combining crypto roundups with travel perks.
In total, my remaining investment is 31,087 USD purchased in the Round 1 raise (at a $5 million valuation of Roundable) and $15,331 in the Round 1.5 raise (at a $10 million valuation), so 46,418 USD in total. But obviously, a sale can be for any amount, it definitely doesn’t have to be for the whole amount.
I didn’t want to sell them this early, as the combo of crypto roundups with significant travel perks is unique and has a lot of potential, but the need to do so has been brought about by my current financial situation.
Any sale would be done via a team member. I sold some FGAs to someone else recently and the process was very straightforward.
I have produced a document which provides a lot more detail about Roundable and its features, and an overview of the current situation. I can send this to you if you message me.

Hi Jokers, thanks for your response. I certainly do intend to follow my topic and answer any questions that may be asked.
In terms of the offer, I forgot to clarify the following (since all this information is included in the document I produced but which I am unable to attach in the topic post).
Round 1 Raise (closed on 13 April 2022): $500k raised for Future Guaranteed Allocations (FGAs) representing 10% equity in Sanem Digital RUA Ltd (the company which owns Roundable globally). The valuation of Roundable was 5 million USD at this stage.
Round 1.5 Raise (closed on 01 January 2023): $205k raised for FGAs representing 2.05% equity. The valuation of Roundable was 10 million USD at this stage.
Therefore, the 31,087 USD of FGAs I purchased in the Round 1 represents 0.62% equity in Sanem Digital Rua Ltd (the company which owns Roundable), and the 15,331 USD of FGAs I purchased in the Round 2 raise corresponds to 0.15% equity in the company.

On another note I would like to either attach a document or post a link to a google doc which provides a lot more detail about Roundable and its features, and an overview of the current situation. But I currently unable to do so. Is this because I need to have posted a certain number of times first before I can post URLs?
