Title: About Decentralised Credit Marketplace.
Post by: Crypto Fella on September 05, 2024, 02:45:42 PM
Is it possible to get a decentralized credit marketplace with our level of development in the crypto space right now? something more like a pioneering Real-World Asset (RWA) lending and DeFi credit. I wouldn't mind to have a place that is yet to be explored, I just need to know that they are meeting the needs, anyone have an idea?

I don't even understand what credit marketplace means. Is it something like you buy an NFT on a decentralized marketplace on credit? If so, I don't even know how that would work. I think it's complicated and sellers could be exposed to more risks like those victims of flash loans.

Op is talking about real world assets and decentralized credit marketplace has to do with Defi lending and borrowing..

You can read more here. https://www.coingecko.com/learn/what-are-real-world-assets-exploring-rwa-protocols

And for the question OP asked. There's Clearpool. I'll suggest you do a research on it too. They just announced a new listing and a farming opportunity.

basically it is a platform where people can borrow money where they would give collateral often times through real world assets but decentralized finance was incorporated by the digitization of these real world assets in short you put up your assets as a token when borrowing

this is actually already being explored by many companies out there though not yet as prevalent seeing as many people still don’t understand it fully but i would agree that it’s very risky as there’s no fool proof way of verifying the assets just yet in short it’s still quite unexplored

I have come access some lending platforms some time ago, though they are not much promotions about them this days because many of the platforms advertised are owned by scammers. it not easy recommending any lending sites without proper research.
I have some lending platforms that I thought are genuine but not a financial advice;  Fortress (FTX), Lend(lend). To know about this platforms you can check them on coinGecko for details.

Decentralized/ Lol, no!
Nothing truly decentralized about them.
Clrearpool claims to be decentralized yet their terms void from the start your ownership of the money once you agree to their terms, they reserve the right to blacklist you, and they reserve the right to basically do everything that a truly decentralized system would be even able to do
