Title: Does anyone know how to make a custom icon in Satisfactory?

I am looking to pay.  I'll post a proper request if someone on the forum plays the game.

A custom icon for what exactly?

In geral, icon are vector images... I made one for my domain,  using a dB icon and a bitcoin icon.

There are many nice websites which offers free icons like this:
