On frequent occasions, I have hear my friend mentioned about investing in $AVAX coin, I literally don't have interest of investing into altcoins for now but the kind of hype my friends are giving to AVAX is making me to think that the coin might do well before the end of the bull market. They are believing that the coin might get to $100+ when the bull market start again.
What do you all think?

There was a time that avax was at over $1000 but today it is at $21.68. As the coin fall to $8.6 in the last bear market, it increase to over $65 before falling back to $21.68.
I am not expecting avax to increase to $100 again but maybe it can after many years from now. Most altcoins will not get to their all-time high in the next bull market. If some get to it, avax will not get to $100. My post is from my experience about coins.

Well, we can only hope that $AVAX will be performing a big miracle maybe at the end of 2024 or the first quarter of 2025. Nobody can be sure of what can be so I opted to not anymore add more $AVAX to my portfolio. I admit I have some of it for now and yes I am planning to hold on to them until they can make it at least $50...it is currently standing at around $20. Is your friend having some kind of an insider information of the things the $AVAX team is on their sleeves...that maybe prompted him to hype up this asset to you?

AVAX coin is also very profitable crypto in the cryptocurrency market. But we know that AVAX coins price also little down now. If today we looking into the cryptocurrency market, we can see that AVAX price is $21.73 now. But you want to know about it’s price, which will be overtake from $100. We also know that cryptocurrency market is always depending on up and down. So i think that AVAX coin price gradually increase day by day. But i cannot expected that within a short time it’s price will up to $100.

I am not expecting avax to increase to $100 again but maybe it can after many years from now. Most altcoins will not get to their all-time high in the next bull market. If some get to it, avax will not get to $100. My post is from my experience about coins.
I share similar thoughts about Avax or Avalanche that it won't be able to reach high value of $100 or above it any time soon. Many projects were implementing Avax back then but now I see not much attention about it, and if I'm not wrong then Defi Kingdom was one of those projects.

Currently, AVAX is performing very well, having grown by 386% in the past few days according to CoinMarket, despite the fact that the market is bearish these days.
Of course, it is not unlikely that AVAX will reach $100, but I do not expect this to happen before the expected Bitcoin peak. Historically, the highest price the coin reached was $141 in Nov, 2021, but since then it has started to decline and has never touched $100.
AVAX has all the characteristics of a good coin, but I cannot tell you to buy or not to buy, you have to make this decision yourself and do your own research.

Avax made a huge run towards $36-40 earlier this year and is trying to balance liquidity rn. I'll suggest you wait for more discount prices. Good buy long term though.. nfa

Maybe I'm the same as you OP, I'm not too interested in this AVAX coin, but by looking at its movement from the beginning of the year, it can be said that this is a coin that is persistent in reaching the top, as we saw at the beginning of the year, Avax gave a good increase, so if you want to invest in Avax, I think it's okay, depending on your belief in ATH AVax

The current market has not improved, it is still in turmoil, causing all coins to fall, the $AVAX coin has good potential to maintain its quality so that it can attract the attention of investors and so if many people trade the $AVAX coin, this will be an added value. but we hope that all the bad things that happen to coins will quickly pass and market prices will improve further.

For me it was a good trade in 2021 as a speculative coin that had potential to do very well. I don't hold any anymore as suspected it would suffer more than most due to how new it was. Potentially it will do well again, but to me it is similar to Tron and Cardano, an Ethereum competitor that will now struggle to keep up with the market. Personally I'd prefer to focus time and research on projects that have potential to reach the top 10, not ones that have already achieved this.

This is just one of the reasons why I usually feel discouraged about investing into alt coin, because investors can not just be very certain about the price to expect. If it's Bitcoin, we can hopefully say that the price will get to $100k and above but for many altcoin, they can never reach their ATH after they have dumped. If am to bag AVAX, it's going to be only few because It might even dump so bad after the bull market.
