Title: Error code 522
Post by: Findingnemo on September 12, 2024, 10:22:58 PM
I have been getting this error code 522 quite repeatedly (today) only while accessing the forum and every other website works just fine so it's not due to the network issue from my end.

Has anyone been having a similar issue lately?

Another weird thing happens occurs to me this happens only when I am browsing via a normal browser like Chrome but if I check the site via TOR it works perfectly fine as usual.

No, I'm not experiencing it on my end.

We have this problem though in the last week or so but I believed that it has been resolved already by the admin. Although I was once disconnected in the last hour, but I attributed it to my connection and not from the forum itself.

(I'm using Tor by the way and not clear net).

I supposed it's only temporary? But how many seconds or minutes you experience it?  It could be because of forum's server service downtime which randomly occurs but just temporary, only like seconds.

Everything is good so far on my end, but I am not hanging in forum 24/7.

This could be browser related issue.
I would delete browser history with cookies, ot try using different browser.
Tor browser is still better if you want to keep your IP address private.

No, issues have been fixed already. I'm using Chrome to access the forum with normal, not using Tor on my end right now.

Just follow what @dkbit98 suggested, maybe you need to clear your browser cache.

I am not sure but it could be minutes cause I tried repeatedly on different browsers and still got the same result so I am away for a while and came back then it worked fine and it happened multiple times but I haven't encountered the error since I created the thread and if it came back I let you guys know.

Thanks, everyone for the heads up.

I just had the same error a few minutes ago:

It had nothing to do with Tor, since even changing the connection circuit I got the same error. It lasted approximately 3 minutes and then everything worked again without problems.

I have also experienced it some time ago. Though it didn't take time when it restore back to normal. And I see as a normal downtime of forum issue because I have also experienced the same in the other forum too. And I believed admin and other technicians are working tirelessly to make sure that the forum run smoothly and secure for all users.
