Title: Is Hamster Kombat the next big thing on the TON chain?
Post by: minibuddy0 on September 13, 2024, 11:38:33 AM
A lot has already been said about what looks like the current trend in crypto, by this I mean the mini game trend on telegram.

Since NOT, there's been a good number of successful projects from the TON ecosystem, using telegram as a means of onboarding users.

This is an idea I really like because it just means the entry barrier for crypto is reduced ensuring that a lot more people can engage with crypto and web3 generally.

For example projects like HMSTR have recorded over 240 million users, which means more people are coming on board.

I think it also helps that top exchanges have associated with the project, with events like Bitget's $5,000 in $HMSTR giveaway, or even the launchpool from Binance.

As a result, more people have been talking about the project and even its listing on the 26th.

The big question now is how well HMSTR would perform when it eventually lists.

I doubt it will be as big as $DOGS. Hamster Kombat took a long time to do its thing, and now, with the time of listing, many projects have overtaken them. I don't think the hype will be there, and I think it will get sold immediately once it is out.

That's what I would do, I think.

I think anything can happen. Nobody expected the likes of bitget, binance okx to list hamster but here we are. Total supply is 100b which is very fair. Before listing I'll try to take advantage of any events I can find like this gleam task. Hmstr gleam task (https://gleam.io/e61Fc/5000-worth-of-hmstr-giveaway)

The big question now is how well HMSTR would perform when it eventually lists.

The total supply of HMSTR tokens is 100 billion, 60% allocation for airdrop participants, the people will soon cash out, meaning there will be quite a lot of selling pressure. It's not hard to estimate the price :)
So gold or dust? it depends on the ratio and distribution strategy.
And in the long-term success will depend on how well it maintains player engagement and adds real-world value to its tokens.

It seems like hamster has been around for years haha, so glad it's finally listing. It most likely won't be as big as NOT, probably just DOGS level but I'm sure a lot of people are glad it's finally listing

It's not too surprising all this exchanges are having events for it,  always a good sign.  Might participate in one or two myself,  perhaps this event (https://www.bitget.site/support/articles/12560603815646), seems easy enough

Hamster listing on Binance will make all farmers smile, but distribution or airdrop criteria are not revealed. Eligible or not no update, or allocation Details. based on the Coin value or the Profit Per Hour?
And how much Airdrop allocation do you think will get out of the millions of users? Until everything is clear the farmers should not be happy
So until TGE, I keep my thoughts to myself.
