It all started like a joke with the Dogecoin Memecoins some years ago, fortunately, as many of us has noticed or heard, meme is going mainstream even more interest, awareness, adoptions is currently dominating the crypto space. What was thought to be a joke, as with Dogecoin, is now the focus area for many investors and traders globally. We had experience great success with new start up projects like, Notcoin, Dogs, Cati, even Hamster. This new start up meme projects brought the Tap to earn on the mini Telegram App, Play to earn, Farming etc
Now i asked, can this trends of meme coins taken over the crypto space? Do you think investors will consider investing on other projects and experience this kind of success? your thoughts.

memecoins are already trendy right now and more and more projects are being introduced to the crypto space through telegram mini games as well
however i wouldn’t say that this will take over the entire crypto space yes they are trendy now but realistically there are really only a few projects that have sticked and until now still have investors most memecoin projects are just for short term profit

It's very true that lots of meme coins has been introduced recently, and are currently making wave in the crypto market due to the heavy hype and attention, but I don't see them overshadowing the already established cryptocurrencies.
All this hype and trends are literally for easy cash out purposes. Investors are looking for ways to get extra cash from other projects, which has made meme coins the best option for them, while the other established coins are used for long term investment purposes. So I think the trend will definitely continue, but it won't take over the crypto space.

Memecoins and it's investment potentials is not a new trend as long as the crypto industry is concerned, the trend has only evolved from one level to another, from one dimension to dimension, and from one feature to another.
Over the years after the success of Dogecoin, which brought about the creation and success of Shiba inu, memecoins became a trend in crypto, and with the creation and success of thousands of other notable memecoins through various means and ideas, the memecoin ecosystem have so much evolved, creating investment opportunities for all, and going into the future, this trend may continue because utility projects have failed many, and a lot have turned to meme coins because of their popularity.
So, to say that memecoins are new trends in the world of cryptocurrency investment is a "No" for me, the trend is as old as Dogecoin is, it has only elvoved.

Actually, investing in meme coins is not a new trend anymore. because it has started since Doge coin skyrocketed during the bullish era. So since then, there have been many meme coins appearing in the market. and it continues until now, there are still many meme coins appearing and it is one of the trends that is still hype. it's just that, as usual, it is not suitable for long-term investment, only short-term and it also has to be extra careful because this also has a higher risk even though the possibility of a return is also high.
But now, there is also another hype projects that are currently very booming, such like the meme coins, it's the coins from game mini, Play to earn. There are so many new coins from this.

I believe it will just be used as an investment in terms of fast profiting, but it’s not going to be a permanent solution, in my opinion. It will still be the part where real things are backed and being used in the real world, not just some fun and interesting token that Will be only around for a short while.

It's risky to say the least to consider memes to be a good short-term solution, even with the right analysis, it would lack a potential for the long-term.
Only the likes of DOGE and PEPE would be able to apply for a position like that, and then again, who will say you when they will start to be shilled/talked about on the market to be able to use the opportunity?

Meme coins, once seen as jokes like Dogecoin, have indeed gone mainstream and gained serious attention in the crypto world. Projects like Notcoin, Dogs, and Hamster, with features like "tap to earn" and "play to earn," have shown that there's real demand for fun, community-driven tokens. While meme coins can capture short-term hype and success, it's uncertain whether they can maintain long-term dominance. Investors may still consider other projects, but meme coins will likely continue to be popular, especially for those seeking community engagement and quick gains. The key will be balancing novelty with sustainable value.

It's not something new at the moment, the hype may be quite dominant lately, because in my opinion only a few cryptocurrency projects are successful, and some people look at the performance of meme coins with pump and dump mechanisms that are more interesting to follow... from there many people start to like gambling rather than hoping for a project that continues to only give false hope...
Meme coins are often imagined with their significant increase, then people imagine investing in them before that moment occurs and do calculations on it... yes it's true, the calculations are accurate... but it's not easy to find the pump moment of the meme coin... considering that all memecoins have their own turn and it can't be guessed easily.
This hype doesn't seem to last long.

We should not forget that long before Notcoin and Dogs, there was such a meme coin Doge. But what really deserves special attention is how many people who were not previously familiar with cryptocurrencies were involved in these projects thanks to Telegram. And this trend will continue as long as investors get a profit from it.

- Many people say that meme coins are shitcoins, but if we look at it, all meme coins, whether we accept them or not, are still able to make a profit, and most of the time, even in short periods of time, it is quite realistic to happen.
and there are some that are okay in the long term, as long as we remember that the ones in the top meme coins are the ones we choose to invest in so that we can get nice earnings in the future.
-
There is hype on the use of memecoins and the same way scammers were taking advantage for harming others who will not pay attention on what is required to do regarding memecoins, it is expected that we have a more clearer understanding about memes before going into them, because therein lies opportunities for making it and the same one for losing it, but we choose the path we want.

It is true, there are many meme coins are like shitcoins. They have nothing to last a long time, but their armies make it well known. This type of crypto coin will be easily forgotten, the hype won't last a long time. Don't be deceived by the armies or the developer! Many new meme coins will be free fall in the future.
Even if it is Dogecoin or Shiba Inu. I think it is not recommended to hold a long time. We don't speculate in the coins with no clear reasons to survive in the future.

NOTcoin and DOGS? Might be a great experience especially those who earned $$$ on their airdrops.
CATI? Kind of because there might be some that disappointed, but there are some who are satisfied as well.
Hamster Kombat? You sure that all 131 Million who participated had great success and experience about it? Most of them are disappointed because they spent hours tapping and got a few bucks only which for them isn't worth it.
Now i asked, can this trends of meme coins taken over the crypto space? Do you think investors will consider investing on other projects and experience this kind of success? your thoughts.
Expectations are always there regardless if it's a meme coin or whatever project it is. Meme coin has been here for a very long time. It's just that, there are many projects that turned out as a scam and that tarnished the reputation of meme coins as a whole causing a hesistation to the investors whenever they try to invest into it. There will be some investors that will consider investing into meme coins for whatever reason it is. As for it's success, it depends on the community behind it.

I think it will be the same as the previous trend, namely this season, meme coins with the concept of play-to-earn or tap-to-earn are booming. And we can find so many types of coins generated from mini games on the telegram. But take a look, from the many that have been generated, are there any that can really survive until this trend ends later? I doubt it, usually it will be covered by the emergence of new coins again and again. And so on until this trend ends or is replaced by other trends.
Therefore, to take advantage of this moment, we can follow the trend more diligently if we want to get involved. Playing P2E or T2E can be something quite interesting to fill our free time while making money. It's just like before, not all coins generated are always worth it according to the efforts we have made.

The objective of common investors is to earn expected profit from an investment and for this, meme coins play the most important role. Although initially the journey of Meme Coin originated as a joke but investors have evolved it. Their enthusiasm plays an important role in the growth of such coins. This continuity continues even now. New memecoins are coming to the market one by one. However, in an overcrowded meme coin market, investor confidence in meme coins can decrease. If the returns are not good in the future, investors may lose faith in meme coins and everyone may divert to projects where utility exist

I think the meme trend will continue and they are on a new venue, which is the Telegram platform, so we now have Dogs, Cats, Goats and many more memes and they have millions of supporters and active participants on their Telegram platforms.
Just when we all thought and wished that memes were going to go away, they were resuscitated because of the new trend of airdrops in Telegram, and it will take more years before memes end their trend.

Seeing the rapid development of memecoin today, I see more new coins with concepts that only copy the previous memecoin concept with a bad ending... yes, the enthusiasts decrease over time and eventually become dead coins... however, when a memecoin comes with a new concept, it provides a breath of fresh air and new hope for the community...
In my opinion, what the memecoin space needs is concepts that are always fresh and interesting to attract the attention of the community as much as possible... I still think that memecoin is a community coin, and solidarity from the community is what greatly influences the existence of meme coins.

Well, The meme trend seems to persist now moving to the likes of Telegram with an active fan base. Other animal related memes such as Dogs, Cats and Goats still remains humorous attracting millions of users who participate in the craze.
Integrated with Telegram Airdrops, memes are becoming even more effective in strengthening the platform’s audience and attracting new and old fans. This proves that memes culture is all going to last, bringing novelty and creativity which interest many individuals across platforms.
