I'm new to this forum and I really don't understand the ranks and points in this forum and how they can be increased please can someone put me through

I see you are new and asked about bounties and other stuff but I prefer you to read the topics made already for you (means for newbies to know how this forum works) means if you want to know more about ranking Then you will see these links on the top right corner of the screen. These topics will give you an idea of what is rank and how to get it and what things we should not be doing while getting these ranks and what is point and how to withdraw them and what's the real importance of having them and etc. etc. is already given in these two links. You just have to move on from one topic to another.

You have to read all the topics given in this page by the admin and then read all the topics hyperlinked into those sub topics or other topics leading you to this above page. I hope you understand my point here.

In fact rank, point and karma all play an important role for your account. Your account activity will increase with your daily posts and points will also increase. Karma proves the quality of the posts you create. If your post quality is good you will get lot of karma. This karma will help you a lot in future because when your account rank sr member then you can participate in signature campaign. If your karma is high then all managers will give you the opportunity to participate.

you earn points for each post you make, to show appreciation for your contributions to the forum. If you reach a certain amount of points, these points can be converted to tokens. Both points and rank are important, but the reason I don't encourage this type of post is that some new users always try to take advantage of this and claim to be wise by making a lot of valueless posts in a way to rank up quickly and to increase their points, which is against the forum rules.
It is better to contribute in a way that will earn you positive karma because, in my opinion, karma is more important than having a high rank and a lot of points with negative badges in your profile. The more positive karma you have and you avoid bad behaviors in the forum, the more likely you are to be recognized by other users as a reputable person and also to be eligible for a signature and campaign from campaign managers once you reach full member rank and up.

In addition to this op, while positive karma is a kind of appreciation you get from members for creating useful posts or contributing positively to discussions, you still risk losing the number of karma you've accumulated if you get a negative karma from a member or members. When you get a negative karma, your overall karma reduces. This is not a good sign as it will be giving you a negative reputation.
You may get a negative karma when you spam the forum, when your account is flagged or when your posts are not helpful at all.
So, while you try hard to rankup, you should also pay attention to your reputation.

There have been links sent to you to read and understand the meaning of Rank and Point in the forum and some explanation to make it easier for you. And one thing you need to know I nthe forum is that when you asked a question and you have gotten the needed answers then it is good to lock the thread because nobody can give you a new answer again and all the answers that will come again will be repeated ones. Therefore if you have gotten the needed answer here in this thread them I asked you to lock the thread to avoid repetition and spamming. That is .y humble advise for you.
