With close observation, it's clearly seen that most newly listed projects tend to rise in price after it's been listed on exchange for trading. Afterwards, it experiences a down trend as a result of much sell off from Airdrop/Bounty hunters. With time, it's price starts rising again.
It's quite obvious that the volatility of these coins is high at the day of listing and some days after, of which some profits can be scalped out by traders.
But looking at the angle of coins already in market, it is clear that they don't trend like those newly listed tokens rather price is been affected by BTC trend and other conditions of trade.
To the traders who have been in the Crypto world and
understand the market trend..
I'll love to hear from you guys if trading newly listed tokens is much more profitable then trading those already on exchange.

Just gamble with the newly listed coins. I remember the one that I traded when it was listed on an exchange, the price of the coin started to decrease and fall more than 10 time and I lost money significantly. There was one that I traded and I earn money from it. They are just too volatile is the reason you need not to use all your money on them. Use small amount of money instead for you to avoid losses.

Of course, because before you hang a coin or token on an exchange or in the market, it is still a bit risky, you should feel the demand for the coin first and do an observation first before you invest. Because the volatility percentage is still quite high.
But as long as you can, invest in the top cryptos first, especially if you are a newbie in this business industry of the crypto world, so that at least you know and are sure that there is a demand and that your capital will not be immediately dissolved.

New projects when they are listed on the stock exchange sometimes experience an increase in price but not all new projects experience an increase when listed on the stock exchange, in my opinion new projects are no longer like before and now many new projects are emerging but very few are successful when listed on the stock exchange, there are even some when the initial sale is unsuccessful then the project stops and does not continue registration on the stock exchange.

Looking at HMSTR, it's not like that... the price doesn't go up immediately after the listing... yes because there are so many airdrop participants who get coins for free, so they don't want to miss the opportunity to sell the coins they get... some airdrop coins that are too hyped, usually experience a price dump because so many coins have filled the sell wall, while wise buyers wait for the price to drop after the massive sell-off...
So here it's actually a matter of timing... for a good project that has very few airdrop hunters, it's possible that a pump will happen soon, because there are very few weak hands there.. while when a project is too hyped through an airdrop, then the sell order when it first lists will be very high which causes a dump.. it could be a temporary dump, it could be a permanent dump, depending on the fundamentals of the project concerned.

right buddy, it is better to invest in coins listed on coinmarket, it is safer and the risk of loss is very small, even though it is caused by global impacts.. I suggest that if you want to invest in a new project, it is okay, but you have to be more careful in having it and you have to check the project so that you know the quality of the project, don't be too quick to be attracted to the initial sale with the bonuses they give, even though there are many bonuses, you have to be careful, don't just invest, if you don't want to get a loss.

I think that you also create a best topic in this moment. So i am also agree with your comment. Because we know that trading is one of the best earning way in cryptocurrency market. But if we don’t understand easily, it wil be disadvantage for us. So if we want to trade in new coins which will launch movement in recent, t will be best profitable for us. But we must be experience in crypto trading. We also believe that many old coins also will be our best profitable section in cryptocurrency market.

Experience is very much needed in trading in the crypto world because it is not easy to become a professional trader and it takes a long time to have expertise and experience in trading. If you want to become an expert in trading, there are many processes that we must go through by learning.

Nope, sooner or later your capital will bust.
You could make profit if you bought them prelaunch and managed to sell the tokens or coins as soon as possible when it hits it's first peak and if you wait for it to go higher and higher then you will eventually endup with zero in your token value.
Just imagine it with a crash game, you could hit 100x or lose it entirely so for consistent profit making it's always better to choose a recognized coin over new one.

Trading in newly listed coins is not profitable and it's very risky because the first 24 or 48 hours that token will be highly volatile so traders should not take such high risk especially in future trading and that's not true that after some time they start recovering their price again. For example HMSTR, DOGS, NOTS and many other coins were pumped when they got listed and then they were dumped but those with good teams and potential started recovering their price.
Before trading in such tokens we must do our research like if the token has any potential and the team is visible. I learned these lessons recently although they are not new lessons.

If you want to trade with newly listed coins, do it quickly and must be on time when entering and exit as soon as possible when you have made a profit, because we do not know whether the coin will be stable or increase in price, because it could fall and we lose money because we are late in selling it.

I have good experience in trading newly listed Coins, I can say yes, newly listed Coins are more profitable than trading those already on the exchange, with attention of course to the high risk.
As you mentioned in the topic, most newly listed tokens rise initially and then fall as a result of heavy selling and then rise again after that, these large fluctuations give a good opportunity to traders who have enough experience to seize opportunities with extreme attention and caution because these fluctuations are very risky and may cause you to lose your money.
Therefore, you should trade wisely and not be greedy and divide your capital into parts and not risk the entire capital.

When a coin is newly listed it is highly volatile. So trading in that coin and gambling is almost equal. For relaxed trading one should trade in coins that have no volatility. and is fluctuating at a certain rate. But if you invest in a coin in an unstable environment, you will not be able to predict it well due to which the chances of loss will be high. So you should never panic and trade in a calm market in a relaxed way, then at least you can avoid a big loss.

I will not give credits to altcoin and newly listed coin but it's a self decision and how you can control your emotions after join any of these coin. For instance, while trading new token you need to be intelligent enough to know when the team gonna dump because some team are mostly concerned about listing and raised their targeted amount after which they dump and run away with people hand earned money, leaving new investors with worthless tokens that is why it's always advisable to trade a trusted and established coin or if that is not okay you can only rely on bitcoin than trading new token/shitcoin.

I don't purchase coins after they list on any major cex, I rather purchase coins very early on when they are only available on dexes, and often they are only tradeable via token contract address, and when such bought coins reach any major cex you'll be in huge profit.
It's still a risky though, because some may never reach major cex.

I don't think this experience is always accurate for our investment decisions. Many tokens are listed and have continuous price increases, bringing huge profits to investors, while many native tokens such as EOS and XTZ continue to sink deep in price decreases or remain boringly sideways for many years.
If investors understand the project potential and see that the token is undervalued, they can completely participate in accumulating and holding to achieve long-term profits. But it's true that many newly listed tokens on Binance recently haven't had the impressive price increases we expected. This is also completely normal when we haven't entered the bullrun.
-
Investment on the new coin is definite profitable but you have to invest on the right coin .how can you find a right coin where you can invest for getting huge profit . new coin is very profitable but huge risky .you coin loss your 100% coin also if you invest on the new coins. many new coin are coming on the crypto market regularly but rarely success. if you invest on new upcoming project you have accept this risk. because you can't blame someone for your loss

The last time I checked the newly listed coin Notcoin and DOG price is below the initial price when it was newly listed on exchange. It i not all of these new projects that can recover from pricedips majority of them will dip amd might not be able to pump and you will run at big loss. It is better when they get listed, you sell off instantly to avoid disappointment.

Before answering whether investing in new coins is Profit Oriented, I will say that investing in new coins is high risk. And the new coin must not be a big investment specially the memecoins I have seen many of my local friends buy the hamster token due to the hype of Hamster also unofficially at 0.02 even though I warned them earlier that there is no uniqueness in this project and they have no good roadmap. No, they don't have potential backers. It is natural that it will be dumped very quickly.
So, if you listen to this matter, then if you want to invest in new coins, you must be a pro in fundamental analysis and technical analysis from the beginning. Because through this you will understand how that project is and how the future can be and you should invest accordingly.

Quick trading always brings panic and loss I will never suggest anyone to trade in newly listed coins because I have lost hundreds of dollars by trading in newly listed coins but my main problem was that I was not so quick I thought the coins had potential, so I held them for the long term and lost all of my investment now I don't have the courage to sell those shitcoins.
So your statements are right we should be quick and we should not have a second thoughts about our trades and exit the market when we have the profit in hand. Never take entry in that token again until it becomes 6 to 12 months old.
-
In my opinion it depends on you because if you are a new person in trading then it will not be preferred that invest on the new coins or project. Because in the beginning time most of the trader cannot identify a scam project or a potential project.
So I will not suggest any one in the beginning if they want to invest in new coin i will say that in the beginning if you have the analysis skill than you could choose the top pairs of coins like the bitcoin and the Ethereum, BNB , Solana etc. Because this coin will not dump in use rate so that could be low risky for newbies.

I think investing in new coins is very risky. Investing in memecoins is more risky. It is very difficult to understand what happens. Few days ago I also bought hamster token and lost big.I lost money due to excessive greed but anyway learn a lot from small mistakes I will never invest in memecoins with such risk again. Get more profit. Again if someone is a victim of dumping then in big loss. I thought now I will not invest anywhere except bitcoin and some good altcoin

I didn't write anything in my post saying that investing in new coins is not risky. Rather, I have already said that some stupids are buying Hamster's token at a high price in the hope of making more profit without doing at least any research. Even if they had at least visited the official website of Hamster, I don't think they would have bought Hamster's token from the unofficial market. However most of them are currently LOS Some of my friends were under such a misconception that hamster token might go up to 0.08$ alas they are now scratching their heads just for LOS.

I'll love to hear from you guys if trading newly listed tokens is much more profitable then trading those already on exchange.
From my own experience I can say that trading of newly listed tokens isn't always profitable and sometimes trader's capital gets locked when they trade those new tokens. I'll share an example with you, one of my friend bought HMSTR token when it was listed on exchanges and after him some cousins of mine also bought it in belief that they'll have profits as the project has a huge community, but it didn't performed according to their expectations and all of their capital is locked in that token even till this day.
I also did something like that when BNX token was listed on Binance exchange, and I found a good dip that happened with BNX and invested most of my funds in it within 1 or 2 months. After that the token started dipping crazily and I had to wait for long time before I was able to take out my initial from it. I made no profits with BNX token but I was fortunate that it performed better after many months, but that doesn't happen always and some people might lose everything by investing on those newly listed coins.

Honestly, for short term and trading for traders who already understand new coins, it is much more profitable, but the risk is also much higher. The point is, high returns will require high risks, yes.
Because here, the price can increase hundreds of times in just a few hours for new coins listed on new exchanges, especially if listed on top CEX. can immediately go up very significantly. But, yes, if the momentum is lost, our real money will really be lost because usually when it has gone up to its highest ATH point, the coin will drop very easily and cannot go back up again. So you really have to be careful and make decisions quickly, otherwise, our money is gone, as if it is stuck in the coin.

actually it's not always like that, you must also realize that there are some coins that have different patterns... it all depends on the balance between investors, project quality and the number of coins held by hunters
if the number of coins held by hunters is too much, of course it will make the wall buy collapse easily, the condition is exacerbated when it turns out that the related project is very bad and looks unpromising, the price of the coin when listed will really collapse and go to the bottom...
that's just a small part, for coins in general they still have potential as you said, for example DOGS, SUI, EIGEN, and so on...

Yeah, it may go down due to people getting their drop money from the get-go into something else, or it may rise a bit after the listing if the hope for the project is high, people nevertheless hold any coin if they have some skin into the project, be it SUI or DOGS or etc., and they wait out the storms to see the rainbow after it all.

Yes, newly listed coins are very risky especially if you don't carry out good research on them before takes a position or you may be trading as a newbie.
Newly listed coins are bound to be volatile on the first few days of listing on exchanges, and it may be very risky to jump in without getting the right information about the project developments plans, demand and supply of the coin and usercase etc.
Again, newbie traders should endeavor to learn the basics of trading crypto and listen to experienced traders to further boost their trading knowledge.

Trading new coins is actually somewhat risky. So to avoid the risk of losing money trading new coins, before investing you must understand how successful any coin can actually be. And try to guess how successful the new coin investment is likely to be. But it is very difficult for the newbies to understand which of the new coins will be better. So I think it is very important to follow experienced investors in trading new coins. As a result, the risk of losing money can be avoided to some extent for newbies.

All coins will follow the trend of bitcoin when there’s a big pump or dump in the market as a result of where BTC is transgressing into. Bitcoin is a very volatile coin and its effect is always on all other coins and they obey and follow its trend even when they also trend on their own path too. Even newly listed coins will become stable with time and will always follow on the direction of bitcoin.
To the traders who have been in the Crypto world and
understand the market trend..
I'll love to hear from you guys if trading newly listed tokens is much more profitable then trading those already on exchange.
What I observe most from newly listed coin is that, due to their high demand and supply at that time, depending on the direction of the coin it’s very likely that depending on their market cap will have impact on the direction it will trade on. For coins with low market caps, like those from bounties and airdrops given to communities, they’re likely going to fall overtime because of the nature of their volatility at listing. The massive sell off by those bounty hunters are the cause of it and it’s always a good time for traders that understands the market to short and get their profits quickly out of it before the markets gets to stabilise.

Yeah trading on new coins is very risky because the movement of new coins is very volatile and we do not understand the character of the coin. That's what makes me not trade new coins.
I prefer trading using old coins that I have observed the character and movement in the market for a long time.

new coins are usually very short lived that is why even though we see maybe hundreds of projects being launched every day there is barely movement in the market or there is no project that is shaking up the top projects most of them reach their ath the time of their launch and goes down through out
I prefer trading using old coins that I have observed the character and movement in the market for a long time.
it is a lot easier to observe a market that has already a lot of history in which you can analyze already compared to coins with only speculation from how the community hypes it

That is why choosing the coins that we have been observing for a long time, proves the accuracy in responding to market changes. Thus, it becomes easier to feel comfortable and even confident because here we already have some sort of pattern going on. I believe this step will make it easier to make trades with out let our emotions get the better of us, to trade more calmer and steadier.

It must also be noted that trading new coins actually might be a fairly risky move. In fact, to really determine the likelihood of that happening, there are several more stages we would like to see before investing in the coin. However for a newcomer, it’s challenging to estimate what might be new coins, and it is incredibly confusing.
Another thing you ought to do is follow experienced investors to enhance your chances of not losing your money. This manner, interested persons will be in a position of knowing what they do, how new coins are analyzed and the decisions made, and this will help eliminate the pitfalls that are made by new investors. This narrows down our overall risk possibility which we can still incur losses as much as we need to be cautious about.

As for investing in new coins, I think it's okay to invest if it's listed on the top exchange platforms. As long as they do it in the short-term and not in the long-term, this is my advice. There is nothing wrong with investing as long as you accept and are ready for the risk that you can face when you do that.
Now, if you want to be sure that the chances of you getting a profit are high, it's good to go with the old coins that really have potential and are still on the list of top altcoins, the chances of you getting a profit are higher in my opinion just too.

I agree with your opinion, we can invest in new coins or new projects, as long as we do research first and observe the team and the project, if it has potential we can buy for short-term investment. Because if you decide to invest long term it is very risky.
Long-term investment should buy old coins or top coins. This is safer and has been proven.

By virtue of the way of their being newly introduced to the crypto market, they should be more profitable than the existing ones, because we are going to find with them more high volatility, but in regard to this, i think we are only having the opposite in direction of all, because the news projects are being unreliable for our investment except we want to take the highest of risk in them and apply.

Something new introduced to crypto will have a higher risk because it is not proven. If the project is successful we can get high profits but considering the big risk we should understand, before investing we must do research and make the right analysis so that the strategy we have planned can be successful. I also sometimes observe and invest in new coins, but unfortunately I don't have much time to do research.

It is beyond research at times because there are some that are very legit but later will turn to be a bad choice. Also it depends on the period that we are. If we are not in bull run period, it is possible that a good coin will fall in price, making people to think that it is a shit coin but later increase during bull run. Also coins launched during bull run can increase. But these coins are too volatile, using small amount of money for them is better.

To the traders who have been in the Crypto world and
understand the market trend..
I'll love to hear from you guys if trading newly listed tokens is much more profitable then trading those already on exchange.
Nah trading newly listed token is not that profitable as old tokens are, although trading in a token that just listed hours ago is risky but those listed weeks ago but still considered new are not that risky and investing in such tokens can be really profitable if the project really has good potential to grow over time high selling from private investors, ICO investors (if there were any ICO) and airdrop (if any) price correct it self after retracements.
I always traded in old coins for spot trading because they are safe I once traded in DYDX when it wa newly listed and I bought it at $19 around and had to sell them for around $9 it was a total lose.

Trading a new coin or not is never what guarantees for the success of making trades, we must know what we are opting in for and how we could make some possible benefits from it, when we are aware of the first and necessary steps needed for us to take in other to maintain having a positive result, things will be done as accordingly without missing steps on our trades and this does not applies to the old or new coins we are trading, but the knowledge and insight we are having about any of them.
-
If we first reset the new coins that we will buy, I think it will provide benefits, the benefits given will be seen at the beginning of the list, if we have made a profit, I think letting go and leaving is the best way where new coins currently do not promise to be used as long-term investments, where new coins currently have many meme coins and only rely on hype and fomo, it all comes back to each individual in making decisions to trade, in my opinion, always be careful

The new coins are excellent for starting to fully understand how trading works and making a minimum profit, but in my opinion the real profits are made with the large altcoins btc, eth, bnb, sol

These three meme coins that you have mentioned has not created a new All Time High besides their first day listed price increase few months ego.
Hamster was the most disappointed project coins that got many people wondering, there were lots of expectations from the Hamster meme but it performed poorly. Hamsters hit $0.013 All time High few days after listing but has gone far below that price level, currently trading at $0.0032
As for Notcoin, since Notcoin touched $0.0294 All Time High, it is currently trading around $0.00734, and has shown strong recovery moves.
Dogs meme hit $0.029 on the day of listing but was dump to a very low level, currently trading at $0.00006. Still no sign of recovery.
It is advisable to trade new coins after few days of listing on exchanges to understand the market dynamics and it's performances.
