Title: what level is gambling destructive?
Post by: Emmanuel1 on October 01, 2024, 12:01:32 PM
To  own opinion I don't think is there any level gambling can get to before it become destructive,to me gambling is equal to distraction, destruction and frustration.

Gambling can be highly destructive, particularly when it becomes an addiction. On an individual level, compulsive gambling can lead to significant financial losses, which in turn can result in debt, bankruptcy, and the loss of personal assets like homes or savings. This financial strain often extends to relationships, causing stress, conflict, and breakdowns in marriages, families, and friendships.

So gambling does not have any level before it can be destructive, any stages of gambling you know is as dangerous as the most dangerous reptiles you know.

Although on a broader societal level, gambling can contribute to social problems such as increased crime rates, as individuals may turn to theft or fraud to support their habit. Communities with high concentrations of gambling establishments may also experience economic downturns, as gambling diverts money from local businesses. My opinion.

Personally let's know what you think about it.

Gambling general if taken with caution is not bad but when it goes beyond a particular level it becomes a problem and I think due to addiction. When someone become addictive to gambling that person can go broke and loose money and valuable asset just to maintain his lifestyle. For those gambling I think they should put a limit to what they put into gambling.

It is equally fun to engage in controlled gambling, but it is always good to ensure that we set some of our standards. It still provides recreational value as we can go through the virtual motions of investing without putting down real money for the chance to lose our investments. We are going to gamble consciously so as not to create any imbalance in our lives.

It is possible to take pleasure in such things as gambling though still able to remain sensible about the situation. Such standards can help us keep these pastimes … fully recreational without encroaching in other spheres of life. Other recommendations such as simulation investments can also be good to go for it so as to feel the experience without worst consequence.

Gambling can be destructive, distracting, and frustrating due to its inherent risks. The primary reason is that the gambler's money is at stake, and the outcome is uncertain. Gambling involves chance, making it impossible to predict whether you'll win or lose. Gambling can be distractive most especially to those who are addicted to it.

I agree that few persons have made it through gambling, but is gambling actually worth the risk? Gambling can lead to cardiac arrest and other heart diseases.

Gambling becomes destructive when it becomes a way of life and a habit. When people solely depend on gambling for livelihood then I can guarantee that the end is near. Gambling should be done for fun with spear cash.

But is there really spear cash this days? In all let's gamble responsibly

Gambling is destructive when you begin to use the funds meant for important things to bet. Betting is supposed to be done using spare cash not cash for food or medical drugs or academics.

The moment it gets to gambling becoming a habit that can't be without doing it, then the that has gone way beyond. Anyone who borrows money to gamble, uses any money at hand for gambling, he/she is blinded, and can't see out side the box of gambling. At that point, there we have a zombie gambler. At that point, there's no turning back for such a person.

When gambling begins to affect your decision making ability and your relationship with others, that is a point you should begin to be careful with it. If you begin to choose gambling over other activities, it is a time to be cautious and consider giving yourself a break from it
