Title: Does anyone know the actual listing date of CATS?
Post by: StressedBoi on October 05, 2024, 09:51:03 PM
The team has mentioned a date and people online seem to mention a date also but for now no CEX has announced a date officially

For now the only thing we have are launchpools from two different exchanges which KOLs keep advising to participate in as to increase your allocation before the listing. The launchpool on Bitget has a 5 usdt minimum staking and the one on Bybit has a 100 usdt minimum so anyone you can afford, also the Bybit launchpool starts on the 8th.

Do you guys actually believe CATS will cook big or it might just end up like HMSTR?

        -       I don't understand that. I think I was okay at the time I believed in the airdrops that appeared on tap mining apps. Even though most of the things I tried didn't give me anything good, in short, what happened was just a waste of time.

Why should I expect airdrops? I'd rather focus on trading and stake crypto assets on an exchange that I trust is being used rather than spending my time on airdrops that have no guarantee of making a profit in the future.

Yeah, if you have only one account - you shouldn't be bothered mostly by T2E and drops at all, however, if you are an influencer/shiller with a good base of people around you, even with one account, you can greatly appreciate such projects because of the specifics of them.
Or you have lots of accounts, and even getting $5 on each of them would be great. However, many of such farms may be cut out during the period when it is decided who is eligible or who is not.

I only did quick search, where i also didn't official date for CATS listing. But usually the market starts when pre-market session ends, specifically after delivery or settlement date.

Do you guys actually believe CATS will cook big or it might just end up like HMSTR?

Looking at pre-market price trend and volume, i feel it might end up like HMSTR.

I've got an update! The CATS team has officially announced that $CATS is listing tomorrow. Additionally, users have already started receiving their CATS airdrop, confirming distribution has begun.

Personally, I opted for Bitget's launchpool due to its more accessible 5 USDT minimum stake compared to Bybit's 100 USDT.

While it's difficult to predict the outcome, I'm optimistic about CATS' potential. The community's enthusiasm will play a significant role in its success. Gate and KuCoin have also confirmed listings. Let's see how it unfolds! Fingers crossed it won't follow HMSTR's path.

The CATS listing price wasn’t as high as expected, but thankfully, we can leverage these events for more yield. With Bitget’s low minimum stake and solid APR, it feels like a low-risk way to gain an edge.

Do we really need to do it though? How much faith do you have in it?

By now i believe that everyone anticipating for cats would have been satisfied by now, it has been launched and some have been disappointed in it while some were able to make something out of it, though if we are going to go by the way of how many of these airdrops are rewarding their participants, we are going to see many things more attached to them as to why we should avoid or go more in them.

you do not have to do it of course especially if you do not see any more potential value in the project many have forgotten about it already and has moved on to other things such as new projects it is like a cycle at this point where everyone hypes a project and everyone expects until it gets listed and it disappoints everyone and instead of selling immediately they try to hold on to the project but still end up in a loss if that is something you are willing to risk then you can do it but if you do not want to waste any more time i would suggest to move on to other projects

Yeah, it all boils down on how much skin we do have going for the project we are talking about. Thanks for assuring me and just for a good tip, much appreciated. I hope everybody will get the best out of the project like CATS and beyond.

After all the mockery that CATS did on Hamster after listing, I thought they were going to do better for their community. Actually for those that bought OG Pass, they got a good allocation and were able to make back more than the money they spent to earn that OG pass. For others that only did TON transaction, the listing price didn’t favour them with the allocation airdropped to them, I just hope they could have done better which they didn’t. Many memes were circulated online about cats and how they are been disliked by people as a result of the listing price of cats. As always, don’t put too much hope on this telegram mini app airdrops, whatever the result is, you just have to bear it and hope the next one does better. And don’t put any money you can’t afford to lose into them, you may never get them back, so risk wisely.

Oh yeah, because launchpools are always the golden ticket, right? 😏 Throw in your USDT and cross your fingers, hoping for a ‘cook’ instead of another HMSTR special. But hey, who knows—maybe this time it’ll be different... or maybe not. 😂

To me, I see that the CATS didn't do much better than HMSTR, their listing price and token distribution wasn't appreciable.
I guess they only distributed much to as many as those that purchased the OG pass and peanuts were given to the rest airdroppers.... Their token distribution was not quite fair as the listing price killed it all.
I guess comparing CATS and HMSTR, I earned more from HMSTR project than CATS, after earning much points, I was given just few of their token not even up to $2, it was truly heart breaking....
But I've learnt Alot from all these Telegram P2E airdrops.

Yes the distribution was not fair, I only earned 27K from the tasks which is equivalent to about $2 but I benefited from buying OG pass and got 185K tokens which was priced at about $35 at the peak but now it is only worth $17, unfortunately I did not sell at that time but I will wait maybe it will rise again.

But in general it can be said that I spent about $12 on fees and purchases and got $17 this is nonsense!! :-\

I only heard about CATS but I didn't pay attention, because it's not that loud like Dogs and Hamster Kombat, although I only did that once, spent time on telegram airdrops, I didn't release it because I knew I can only get a low amount of 5900 cats.

I'm actually more comfortable with Not and Dogs, these two are the only ones I really bet to collect and hold in my wallet where this exchange is listed. I just hold it even in the short-term.

Do you believe in DOGS going up in the future?  :D

$5 of pure profit.
Mind you, it's not much, and anyone would expect more, however, it is what it is.
Keep pushing forward and going into other projects, maybe with a different theme.
I do think there will be gems to find even in T2E.
