I remember the issue of members complaining of their country not inclusive and they have not responded to that till this very moment only for the to run down here to repeat same mistake again. Do they really mean business for their services.

Well, for the link aspect I think it’s most likely because of the restrictions of the forum - you can’t post links if you recently just created an account and that’s probably why they weren’t able to include it but if they stay active here they should be able to reach the required rank and be able to include it - let’s just watch and see how it goes.
While for them being inactive, the last time I visited their thread in Bitcointalk - they were verily active compared to this although most of their responses didn’t actually answer the questions asked.

Not really, I actually haven’t seen that post before - I just went to your thread at Bitcointalk to check and I found out that the user you mentioned in particular has been tagged before.
He’s known to just go to different sport books thread and troll them claiming that they scammed him without actually providing any proof and when confronted by members to provide things to back up his accusations, he’ll just disappear from the thread. If you know you didn’t do anything then you can ignore.
By the way, do you have any plan to launch any contest or event here in this forum? It would be nice if you organized something for the forum members.

If as a team they are busy to constantly engage with their potential customers, they can source for other reputable members or some one who is very much active and can constantly engage with members responding to questions and inquiries about their organization on the platform, that would mean well to them and their potential client or customers would take business with them as a priority.

As it is now, there are nothing for them to respond to - this thread currently doesn’t have any pending issue and the last one that was raised which was related to their reputation they answered it.
If something comes up and then they didn’t respond we’ll know that they ain’t serious but since they did try to respond I don’t think I’ll support that notion for now.

The forum doesn’t prohibit it generally, it’s just that you need to rank up a bit before you’ll be able to post links.
I’m guessing that they implemented that restriction for new accounts due to past experiences where bots were being created just to spam links all over the forum.
