Requirement:
- Over 1 year in the web3/crypto industry with successful communication strategies.
- Ability to manage a Discord community with over 10K members.
- Advanced written English proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with NFTs, web3, and Discord bot integration or willingness to learn.
- Strong enthusiasm for the gaming industry and active participation in the crypto community.
- Ability to analyze community data to inform strategy improvements.

Well said, this is an opportunity for those interested on being employed and paid in crypto, however, i see it as what needed to be in a more appropriate board than this, of which i think there is a section assigned for posting job opportunities and related offers in likes manners if one take time to explore more the forum, with this, you could et more attention and interested applicant if you're genuine about it.
