I did an initial BTC mixing order with Unijoin a few days ago - I've used other sites like Mixero before but this was my first time using Unijoin. All seemed straightforward enough, I downloaded the letter of guarantee, confirmed the transaction showing BTC leaving my wallet to the Unijoin receiving wallet address. But then nothing since, no coins in my destination wallet. When using the Restore function on the website, it says it can't recognzie the LOG, even though it's the exact file downloaded from the Unijoin site prior to mixing.
But biggest issue is I'm unable to get beyond the CAPTCHA function to send a support chat message... which appears to be the one and only way to contact this company. I complete the CAPTCHA correctly (even downloaded the accessibily key for CAPTCHA), but then every time I hit 'Send Message', it just erases the checkmark in the CAPTCHA checkbox and I have to redo it, so I do again successfuly but exact same thing happens when I hit 'Send Message'. This circular pattern has been happening 4 days now and dozens of attempts. Any ideas of how to check why I haven't received my mixed coins, if I can't even use the chat function on the website? Surely I can't be the only one facing this current inability to contact Unijoin Support? (Especailly since there is absolutley no other way to get in contact with the company for support other than this online chat/messanger)!

Unijoin? Few days ago?
From what I can recall Unijoin website went offline more than 5 months ago so I don’t know how you were still able to use them for your mixing. Can you please share the exact url that you’re currently using to access the site? Because before they went offline they were several phishing sites that were reported and I suspect that you’re using one of them.

Hi Cantsay, thanks for commenting - though that's not good to hear. This is the link I used... *https://unijoin.club/index.html
If this is indeed an imposter phishing site, it seems legit and reeled me in good. Uff.

It is a phishing site, the real Unijoin url is “Unijoin.io” any other site you see out there aside the “.io” is a phishing site created to scam people and you just fell for one of them.
Creating this thread won’t help you get your money back unfortunately, I’ll advice you verify any site you intend to use before you go ahead and make us of them so you don’t repeat the same mistake.

I'm sorry but it really looks like you messed up and sorry for the loss. Phishing website or mixers are rampant regardless if the legit mixer is still running or not. Ad long you are aware of the close ones and not, also knows their main website's url, you are good.

So sorry mate, you have be scammed by a cloned site. As far as i can remember, Unijoin site no longer works. It is always recommended to check in crypto forums for mixers, here you can get good information about mixers that are still working and those that have been taken down, and you can also be sure to get the correct url; i hope you did not lose a lot of money.

Thanks all for sharing your knowledge - guess I'll have to accept taking this one on the chin and appreciate the hard learned lesson here. I transferred 0.05 BTC... really didn't want to give scammers $3.5K, but they got me. Guessing the UK business registration info this site dispays is bogus so no viable path to chase it... maybe will put some effort seeing if there is any current takedown effort to support, but probably wont have time cause I now gotta pick up some extra shifts... SMH.
The other site I've used successfully several times is Mixero (*https://mixero.io/). All good with this one right?
Can't beleive they got me... at the time it was convincing but in hindsight my several basic mistakes become obvious.

Sorry for your loss but where did you get the phishing link above if it was from an article or service it might help you track down these scammers.
Also you should check if the link is official and visit the ANN topic for the mixer before mixing.
Some good lists:

Yeah, that’s the official url - if you want to try out any other mixer make sure you create a thread here and ask about it or go to their Ann thread and verify the url before you proceed to use it.
If it was a site that doesn’t have anything to do with you depositing your money it won’t have been a big deal but since you’ll have to send your money make sure to take extra precautions so you won’t end up feeding a scammer.

Really sorry about your loss mate, you lost a good amount of money and i am with you about taking it on the chin and learning the valuable lesson from it, so that hopefully it won't happen again in the future with a bigger sum of money. It is also good to bookmark legitimate mixer websites, so you do not make a mistake when next you want to click on it and land in a scam website.
