This weekend’s fight is going to be thrilling, as both fighters are top contenders in their weight category. Unfortunately, there aren’t many betting options available with my favorite bookies, and I’m having a hard time deciding who will come out on top.

I will go and favor Jack Catterall here, I think he is the more active and coming from consecutive wins as well. While Regis try to trash talk his way against Devin, but it's surprising that he went down against him, a fellow fisted 140 lbs. And I will say that it could be the start of the downfall of Regis though, he used to be one of the big names at 140 lbs. But now it's totally different, lots of new names, Josh Taylor for example after unifying this division a couple of years back is already out and not sure if he is retiring. Same with another good champion in Ramirez.

Same here, but the issue with these bookies is that they don’t have any options for the ML odds at the moment. Maybe we’ll see more betting options a day before the fight. I agree that Regis Prograis is on the decline. I had high hopes for him against Devin Haney, thinking he would pose more challenges for the non-hard hitter Haney, but to my surprise, he was down in the third round.

Go check Stake mate, they have released their odds already, ML:

Bookies really favored Jack Catterall here and it's obvious as we have seen he is the more active and has beaten Josh Taylor the last time. While Regis struggled against Devin Haney and lost that fight, after he looks like doing more of the trash talking and very confident that he can beat and knock him out. But it was the other way around as Devin who is not known to be a power puncher did knock down Regis.

@Jating, thanks for this mate but i have found odds on our local bookies.

It seems that the odds for Prograis to win by decision is very attractive, might go for this as i'll only throw a few dollars for this fight.

Yeah, hehehe, it seems that Regis is a huge underdog so everything that we bet on him should be $$$ for us, hehehe.
I haven't pull the trigger yet, but thanks I will look at our local bookies so it is much better for us to bet using our local wallet. Hopefully this fight is going to be action pack as both are really trying to still break in this pretty much stack up weight class.

Its going to be action packed as both fighters are desperate for a win, Prograis as he is coming from a lopsided loss and Caterral, wanting to have a shot on the title.
I see this fight as 50/50 coming from Hearns words, Prograis loss is not coming from a weak champion so we cannot just disregard Prograis.
I have Prograis winning here I have seen him fight several times and when he is at his best,
he can totally dominate you; I saw him beat Zepeda and Catterral style is very much like Zepeda
Caterral will have to watch Prograis jabs because they are too sharp and fast.

Nah, I wouldn't take Hearn's word for it though.

I'm still haven't decided yet who to bet (if I'm going to bet here), Jack seems to be the overwhelming favorite here as he is the more active and has a winning streak. On Prograis, the older boxer and coming from that big lost against Haney and so he is the underdog. Money could be flowing in Regis as the fight draw closer as their could be boxing fans wanting to go to a underdog and they might see Prograis still has something to proved at this weight class.

Both fighters made the weight, so everything's ready. in a few hours we will see the result of the match. I always check the staredown after the weigh in to see who will flitch and who is more confident between the two, and I still have Prograis winning the fight via unanimous or possibly via a knockout. This is the same confidence I saw when he fought Zepeda and knocked him out, so I'll go for him even though he is the underdog here.

Unfortunately, Regis lost this fight. As he look really bad and in my opinion, it's time for him to retire for good. He can't just beat the top 5 of this division as he used to be.
He is no longer in his prime, while Jack looks good and sharp and win this win, he could be one step and getting closer on another title shot. Might be interesting if him and Teo Lopez goes for it. But not sure if Teo is willing to fight this version of Jack.

Watched the highlight of the fight and i could say that Jack Catterall is ripe to get a shot on Teofimo Lopez thought he got knocked down once in that fight but he quickly recovered and also knocked down Regis Prograis twice in round 8 i think if i'm not wrong.
