Our coin is live, it has utility and we have been trading on birdeye.so for the past ten days. Our problem is onboarding our less technical investors. They are having issues with the platforms. Phantom, Jupiter, Birdeye, etc... They are all new to crypto. Are there any DEXs that simplify wallet creation, SOL funding and swapping, more so than Phantom wallet and their $buy button? I'm getting discouraged by holding their hand through the process only to see them invest $16. We even created a getting started page that instructs them on the entire process. Any suggestions on a better DEX for onboarding new investors to crypto?

I have no new DEXes to suggest because each works similarly and they are as simple as they can get. if newbies are having issues to find your token, having it listed officially by name may help (instead of inputting contract address).
Regarding wallet creation, what's hard about clicking 'create wallet' button and copying seed? On, topping up solana wallet, I always bridged to Solana from other chains, so idk how it works with fiat on-ramp.

Sol boasts a plethora of top-tier DEXs you can trust, like Serum, Raydium, Jupiter, Orca, and Saber. If your goal is to list your token, their functionalities are quite similar. Serum and Raydium have been around for a while, garnering positive reviews. You might want to give those a shot.
Phantom is a user-friendly crypto wallet that connects seamlessly to Sol DEXs, but users still need to understand the importance of safeguarding their private keys. Your users will need to embrace this aspect and learn how to interact with the blockchain. CEXs offer a simpler, more convenient option. Listing on top CEXs would be a great move!

Is the tutorial that complex? If it's simple and to the point, even newbies should be able to follow them easily. Why not share it here and see if we can help you improve that.
I don't think you can make it even easier for them if they have some reading comprehension problem though, which is unfortunately quite common based on my experience. I read a complaint somewhere that using Electrum is complicated the other day, but they sure just straight-up refused to read even a basic guide.

I think Rhydium is the best Sol based DEXs. However, Jupiter's decentralized exchange Solana and Sol based tokens are popular exchanges to exchange.
