You are welcome to the forum and foe more popularity you can contact a manager to propagate your brand. I was really confused on Cryptocurrency exchanges with mixers because I normally see received or destination address in cryptocurrency exchange so I have to study the differences today and I have gotten it clearly.
Cryptocurrency exchanges is from one cryptocurrency to another. Which means I can exchange bitcoin to Ethereum while mixer is Ethereum to Ethereum or bitcoin to bitcoin.
Based on your posts here in the thread, I would say you are more of a blog platform than an exchanger. Yes, I know, you are trying to keep the discussion active, that is legitimate.
Could you explain a little about your AML policy?
What happens if you demand KYC from one of your users and stop his order until he does it? What is the next procedure in case he passes KYC, is it guaranteed that the order will be completed?
Or for example, what if the user does not want to give you his personal information and does not want to go through the KYC procedure? In such cases, do you return the coins or keep them?

All cases are different and we cannot describe the entire procedure, but, in general, we make a refund of coins after successful KYC. You can read our AML policy here: https://revbit.net/docs/aml-policy
Is this any policy about a minimum amount that you would never require KYC, or a amount so high that will always require KYC?
I always feel unsafe when I don't know if my funds will get frozen or not, due to reasons unknown to me...
If you have any doubts about an exchange via our service you can contact our support and have your address checked in advance.
That's a good practice, thanks for the information
Better to be informed before sending the money. One idea would be to create a tool that you would place your address to check the address in advance, or just state in the website that you can use the support to check for them, before sending the money
