Title: How to change forum time?

I use the search button but the result is not related to the forum time that's why I end up asking it here.

Is there away to change the forum time? I can't seems yo find it on on account settings and profile. Where should I able to find it?

Check "Look and Layout" page there you can change the time offset depends on your local time, or in UTC maybe. But tbh i'm confused when i put time offset there and it doesn't work like in UTC.

I was looking for a time zone, but I can't find it because they name it as "Time Offset" instead of a time zone.
Anyway, thanks for the tip now I'm going to lock this topic.
