Title: FreeBitcoin Problem solved!
Post by: NikeFit_7777 on November 17, 2024, 08:21:52 PM
A few days ago I sent funds (BTC) to the well-known FreeBitcoin (https://freebitco.in/) site. The funds were successfully validated in the blockchain, but my balance on the site is still zero. This problem occurred a few days ago. Despite repeated calls to technical support, I have not received a response. Reaching customer service directly is almost impossible.

P.S. Please help me to pass this information to FreeBitcoin (https://freebitco.in/) staff. I am not the only one who has encountered a similar problem. In X, users massively complain about a similar situation. Let's jointly try to draw the attention of FreeBitcoin (https://freebitco.in/) administration to this problem. I don't see any other way to get their attention than crypto forums.

Number of transaction confirmation.

Proof that nothing has come into my account.

Proof that I am not the only one with this problem.

Problem solved, no further complaints. My funds were credited to my account, after which I successfully withdrew them.

Hi. I can confirm that over the past few days, I've heard about a dozen negative comments about FreeBitcoin. Additionally, some major channels have written about it today (https://t.me/DeCenter/18173).

I really hope this is just some kind of glitch...It would be a real shame if such a major service ends up shutting down.

These are the realities at the moment, so many users have encountered this problem.  :-[

Support does not work, and I don't know how to get information to them. I hope everything will be fine, but at the moment I personally have only negative emotions about it. As soon as the situation changes, I will post here. I read that other users started having this problem 3 days ago....

P.S. 0 response from support, does anyone know any of their contacts? How else can I reach them?  :o

It was day two of the problem. Wrote to the mail messages, no response I did not receive. The problem is starting to take more momentum, because more users are facing this problem.

P.S. If you have funds on this platform, withdraw them immediately. Most likely they are scammers, be careful. Further developments will also be written here.  :-[

It's one of the reputable bitcoin gambling platforms for years but suddenly turned out like that? I do hope they are only having technical issues because it's unthinkable for them to just run away. Or maybe the recent pump of BTC to over $90K made the owner/developer behave this way?

I'm already a fact that happened to me personally. Be far away from this platform - at the moment they can be classified as scammers. For 3 days I have not received a response from them to my messages to support. If anyone has funds on this platform, withdraw them as soon as possible! This is a really big problem that everyone should know about. To me, they're crooks. My balance is 0, however the funds are showing up in the blockchain. I've posted on other forums about this as well. Let everyone know about it.

Hi! This situation has been solved, all those who had any problems with deposit crediting - received the following letter on e-mail.

A few hours later, I got my deposit, then put in a withdrawal. About 7-8 hours later, my cryptocurrency came to me. I personally have no more claims to this project. Whether to continue using it or not is everyone's choice. Personally, I have made conclusions for myself. Everyone decides for himself...

The support workers have been inactive for some days now. Many persons are keen to hear from them, because their payments are yet to be verified and confirmed.  I don't think they will shut down at the moment. Possibly due to traffic,  the flow of transactions,  they need to update their database, to allow the site to be user-friendly.

We have some platforms that have started doing well and along the line suddenly changed and cant be treated with the same kind of previous trust again, some could have resulted due to the change of hands in operating the platform and some may be that they only used that to gain reputation before unleashing their main target to scam users, if we are using a gambling platform, we should gamble responsibly and only put the amount of money we could afford for loss.
