Title: RFK Jr.: "I put most of my wealth into Bitcoin"

Aside from Trump, another personality that will be a big part of the coming administration is Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (https://cointelegraph.com/news/i-put-most-my-wealth-bitcoin-i-am-fully-committed-rfk-jr) and he is a big supporter of Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency industry for that matter. He is one of the BTC holders and he seems to understand well of its significance and role in our modern age economy...and for him Bitcoin is representing freedom and can be a tool people can escape economic difficulties into the future.

Here is one big quote coming from RFK Jr.: "I'm a huge supporter of Bitcoin. I was here a year ago at the other Bitcoin conference. I went home and put most of my wealth into Bitcoin, so I'm fully committed."

We need more men and women like RFK Jr. who can soon be in the power circle of the White House...to somehow influence the policy and mindset of the coming administration for the industry we are in.

i don’t think you have to worry about that anymore as most of the elected ones in the white house are pro bitcoiners and belong on the same political party as trump even senators are in support of bitcoin so it is very obvious that the white house would be in favor of bitcoin and crypto which would mean that for the next four years many policies will be pushed that are in favor of bitcoin and crypto

Most of the world memorable individuals they really know what going to come of cryptocurrency in the futures, if we keep on having full confidence and support from the Government and our great leaders then Bitcoin will really perform a big and successful part in our economy status. If they keep on supporting and investing in cryptocurrency then alot of economical situations can be easily eradicated.
He was really interested and dedicated, just after attending a conference then he decides to put all his wealth into bitcoin we can see the trust and confidence he have for this Bitcoin if other members can see the same, then economic stability will be achieved within some period of time.

I considered the man a somewhat serious politician and a man who stands firmly on the ground until a few days ago I read a bizarre story he created. 10 years ago someone left a dead bear and an old bicycle in NY Central Park - these days the mystery is finally solved - the man really has a strange sense of humor.

Still, he fits in well with the new administration, because being "normal" among all these "weirds" really wouldn't be normal ::)

I don't believe he put most of his wealth in BTC, he may have bought some BTC, but most of his wealth is a lot. However, what he said is good publicity for BTC, even if the story may not be true, so there is no need to worry about it. The more people who support and believe in BTC, the better.

That's just one, he chainsawed a whale carcass, thinks a worm had eaten parts of his brain when he was trying to get away from a divorce, the whole dog barbecue and so on, even he say it himself:
"I got so many skeletons in my closet that if they could vote, I could be king of the world.’”
The guy is completely nuts!

To me, I picture all this as a very strange dream from which I hope to wake up, but I pinch myself several times a day and realize that it is true. Then it becomes clear to me why politicians in some other countries celebrate the fact that Mr. Donald became president and gathered all these geniuses around him - so if they don't destroy everything they touch, I don't know who ever will.

I do not dismiss any positive news or support for crypto from a politician or businessman, especially when that person has millions of followers. The crypto market is poised for mass adoption, and we really need the involvement of celebrities to make this process smoother and more successful.

RKJ statements are helping to create a crypto-friendly environment in the US government, making it easier for more people to trust crypto, making it easier to pass positive crypto laws, and most importantly, potentially helping to boost BTC prices significantly. Many people may not like RKJ, but they will like the profits in their crypto investment accounts ^^

There's going to be a snowball effect not only from his followers but more on people who was adamant or second-thought investing in Bitcoin, its different when someone announcing his support to Bitcoin is a popular personality, much more a politician; these politicians are the ones shaping a country's policy, so with Trump and RFK Jr. announcing their full support to Bitcoin we will see more US citizen investing in Bitcoin

RFK Jr. is 70 years old and still loves bitcoin; it shows age is not a limitation and also that bitcoin is not only for young people. There must be people who view bitcoin as something that younger people are interested in; with someone like RFK Jr. showing full interest in bitcoins, others his age will be influenced.

I don't think RFK Jr. is that committed to BTC. He could open his account for us to verify ;D Somehow, I am skeptical about these politicians and Government officials recent posts about bitcoin and crypto in general. I guess it's just me not putting a lot of optimism because these guys could quickly change once they are in office.

that is also possible because if people take his words seriously and decide to invest in bitcoin and eventually get the price to rise, he will also benefit in said rise in value there is really no way for us to check whether he did invest most of his money into bitcoin that will be too lengthy of a process just seeing his bitcoin holdings wouldnt be enough because we need to see how much money he has in total to verify what he is saying lol

but either way i think it is a huge thing to now have politicians coming out and talking about holding bitcoin for their future

I also share similar skepticism, since we're talking about politician. In addition, their past action (e.g. promise they actually fulfill) makes me doubt they actually pro Bitcoin. Although at least they won't openly critic or make law which isn't favorable for cryptocurrency user.

And just live it like that, if he saying is true, then good for him and the Bitcoin community.

If not then, another politician and as we put it, he is really weird kind of personality. But I guess he might be looking for his children, as we all know that their family is rich and so he bestowed them with Bitcoins and hopefully, their generational wealth will continue to their kids and grand kids.

Well, there is a slight nuance to this, not everyone that is acting crazy is also bad at what he is doing.
Obviously, RFK is just nuts, but there are also crazy persons swinging chainsaws like Milei who have two degrees in economics and have actually proven to know what they're doing. But in this case, yeah, its rally bad!

RFK Jr. is 70 years old and still loves bitcoin;

He loves money, not Bitcoin!

Also, his statement was a lie, as usual:
https://sherwood.news/crypto/rfk-jr-crypto-bitcoin-stash/
Quote
Finally, the disclosures also reveal that RFK Jr. has quite a lot of wealth that’s not in bitcoin, including somewhere between $1 and $5 million in a Northern Funds US Government Money Market Fund alone, as well money in many ETFs and real estate.

@Stompix, maybe he was attacked by some other brain worm or he said that under the influence of something much more real in the world of politics. I don't know, it's hard for me to understand how someone would make a statement and not think for a moment that someone would relatively easily find data that contradicts such a statement.

His history has shown how much optimistic this man is and he never underestimates any opportunity so after attending a bitcoin conference he got convinced that BTC is that next big thing and he went home and invested in it then the conference must be good or he have a bright mind.

He also worked on enviromental pollution projects so he can also decrease the pressure of green world agenda on BTC mining and on the other side Trump will remove taxes on mining BTC then USA will become a hub for BTC miners. Many independent candidates that left their seats and joined Trump are supports of BTC.

I don't know much about RFK Jr, but I believe just like Trump, he also has lots of influence on the people. I don't really care if he is telling the truth about converting most of his wealth into Bitcoin, I am more concerned about the influence such statement will have on the people who follow him and see him as a model. This might motivate more people who look up to him and Trump, to adopt bitcoin with confidence since the bigger guys hold bitcoins too.

Opening his Account for public view, in my opinion, may be going extreme,  if he has some of wealth on Bitcoin, it could  truth or not but not necessarily a good idea to ask for his account to be open for everyone to see because of his statement.
I think that indirectly, it is a sort of promoting crypto, whether true or not, such statements could be a blessing to the crypto community unawares. There is no doubt that politicians can change their minds once they resumes office, but sometimes we give them some benefits of the doubt.

So we have arrived at the point where we don't even care anymore if it is a truth or a lie but because it's better for our pocket we are fine with it?
Fake news, fake promises, fake everything it's ok as long as it serves its purpose of making somebody rich.

Then how can one be angry at the government and at the banks when you stat cheering the same thing you hated previously?

He made the right choice at the right moment because the price of BTC has increased a lot since then and he surely be making a profit, and I doubt if he will ever book a profit in the first place. I'm not interested in knowing whether he booked or not, as I don't even know how much he invested. He is making efforts really and now the bigger influence is coming from Trump and his wallet that he made public, like what he is buying and selling is having a big impact on those coins too.

Like he bought X, I would also prefer to buy X, but this would be a big risk too, as manipulation can also happen here, as we all know an elephant's tusks are different for display and chewing. Although this is good news.

Yes, that's good, we now have many influential figures in the United States who support Bitcoin, led by Trump himself, Elon Musk, and now Robert F. Kennedy Jr., of course there are many more, but these three are the most famous.

Since the climate is now all moving towards supporting Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies with Trump taking over, I wouldn't be surprised if every day there is a new news about a major politician or important man investing his money in Bitcoin, even if they are lying and fluctuating with the winds quickly, but this propaganda will be in favor of the Bitcoin community.

for a lot of us not in america we might not be able to recognize their politicians let alone know whether they are pro crypto or not trump is well known because he was once president and now elected once again elon musk is famous for his business ventures a few examples being tesla and his acquisition of then twitter now x and rfk jr who is son of a very famous politician but you are right that there are so much many more politicians out there that we do not know that are part of trump's team but are into bitcoin

Elon Musk? How does he support BTC, as for Trump he only showed support during his campaign, when he needed the votes of the crypto community. Now we have to wait until he is president, politicians are usually more after their own interest, they might not even care about BTC, these people you mentioned.

Yes, my dear, we all know that these people do not believe in Bitcoin in reality, I mean in its concept based on decentralization and privacy, they are only using it at the present time because it serves their political and economic interests.

But this does not matter because these people benefit Bitcoin greatly, these influential people, headed by Trump, the President of the United States, and Musk, the richest man in the world, will do a lot for the Bitcoin community and its spread around the world, and this is what concerns us at the present time.

I know that Trump spoke about a strategic BTC reserve, though i don't know if it will eventually become possible, because it is not his decision alone to make. However, as for Musk, i don't know why he is in the discussion, he cares about shitcoins far more than he ever cares about BTC.

It's the FED that has final word for it as they are task to do that, and with that, Powell says not to BTC as national reserved because it's volatile. Nevertheless, as President, maybe he can still have the power to overturn it.

Everyone is already into BTC, not just RFK Jr, but there are a lot maybe that we might not know and secretly buying maybe in the last 5-7 years as BTC become prominence around 2017-2018.

It sounds a little selfish, but I am also happy if the cryptocurrency world experiences growth thanks to political contributions in the White House... from here we will realize that government contributions do interfere a little with the decentralized nature of Bitcoin, but behind it all there will be many people who are happy too, especially Bitcoin holders when the government begins to open their minds to cryptocurrency... significant growth is already in sight when the government really makes cryptocurrency an important aspect of the economy.

Trump's cabinet seems to be filled with several representatives of cryptocurrency lovers, which makes some policies that tend to trigger crypto growth to be faster.

I think that you are right in this time, because we know that bitcoin is one of the best profitable crypto in cryptocurrency market. I think that gradually bitcoin price will increase in cryptocurrency market. We also believe that in this year bitcoin price will reach $150 up. Because we know that Donald trump also support bitcoin, which will be blessed for all crypto users. But sometimes we noticed some down situation, but I think that it also a common issues for cryptocurrency market. So I believe that your future will be very helpful for invest bitcoin.
