Most of the people are now showing aversion towards Bounty Campaign due to lack of good payment and reliable campaign manager.
And besides, telegram's airdrop campaigns have taken a lot of the market of bounty campaigns.
I have known you for a long time as you are a reputable campaign manager on bitcointalk forum. I hope you will come up with a very good bounty campaign that will automatically motivate those who do the bounty campaign to participate.
So I welcome you and your campaign in advance.

Maybe you can convince your clients to switch to signature campaigns instead. I agree with what has been said above. A lack of good payment is the key reason why people don't participate in bounties, not necessarily because there are no participants for them.
You can also run a trial run for a month or so and see if there is interest in your campaign. I believe a campaign is going to be popular if the funds are escrowed at the very least, as most scam bounties don't bother doing that at all.

In fact, not all projects will be suitable for signature campaigns, and many projects have a need for bounty campaigns, marketing or promotion through bounty campaigns. Most cryptocurrency-related projects launch them, especially for their pre-selling and other activities.
On the other hand, as far as I have seen, signature campaigns do not benefit the projects much except in the long term. And signature campaigns are costly compared to bounty campaigns, so I think most cryptocurrency projects use social bounty campaigns.

It depends what are your payment rates and rules of the bounty campaign, but it's not always easy to find good members for that.
If you pay good and have reasonable tasks than you are going to find someone, but don't expect a bunch of applications.

Even though bounty campaigns are good for promotions and marketing, I'm not sure how much they are actually effective. I have worked as a spreadsheet validator for a bounty campaign before, and you can't imagine how low quality, fake, shit the performance are. Most of the participants who joins a bounty doesn't even read the basic rules. Yes, it may give the brand some exposure, but none of them are organic.
On the other hand what you said about sig is true. They may be costly but surely worth it, if ran for a long time.

I will not disagree with you because I myself know the current situation of bounty participants, maybe there was a time when there were organic campaigners. But currently, I do not see anything other than spam in the bounty campaign. Most of the participants copy each other's posts or repeat the same post, which is just spam.
However, even if it is spam, using it repeatedly gives a little benefit in terms of search ranking.
And if we talk about the reason for this bad situation of the bounty campaign that reduces good projects in bounty is not only the hype of Telegram Air Drop, but another big reason here is the spam and dishonest activities of the bounty participants.

Compare to Bitcointalk the active users are far less here and people who are active can attain higher ranks who mostly prefer the signature campaign but in Bitcointalk the users who are bounty hunters will never rank up at all.
Still if the bounty is looking potential or brought by the reputed managers then the users might gain interest towards participation.

maybe you can ask you client to pay in USDT, it looks better that way instead of the token. there have been many of those campaigns that never pay well because the token gets dumped the time its listed in unknown exchange.
if the token is launched on binance lunchepad though, i think there is a chance that the project will be good. your great campaign manager irfan_pak10, i have been part of your campaign for several times.

It depends on what type of campaign you are bringing and I have known you for some years now you are a very honest and trustworthy person, bringing a campaign which is escrowed and pays in usdt or listed token will really be a very good impact for the project and hunters will surely join despite they ain’t much as in Bitcointalk.
But about what some members said bringing a signature campaign will have a lot of potential and impact to the project cause it seems signature campaigns are really busy and much participation than bounties in this forum. But it depends on what the team said and has it was said it will definitely cost more than bounty allocation, but it will really serves a very good value to the project.
But you can give anyone a trial either bounty or signature Depends on what you and the project decide at least a month trial. Hunters and many members are really looking forward to work with you Irfan_pak10

Well, if bounty campaigns are sure paying with crypto with value already and with decent pay, more people show interest and participate in it. If we're talking token payment with a value that will be take in consideration first in the future, that's a different story — because most of the times, its waste if time.
-
@irfan_pak10, i'll try to summarize it as much as possible.
Bounties paid with altcoins that will likely end up with a value close to or equal to 0 won't attract much attention and will probably end up going down in history like many other bounties.
Bounties paid in a well known coin (BTC, ETH, and the like) with payment rates that aren't ridiculous will appeal to many users.
-
I don't know, but I think it's the same in other forums... bounty enthusiasts have decreased greatly because many people feel regretful about the unequal payment considerations... it happens many times and participants may feel cheated, because their hard work is not appreciated...
Maybe it would be better if campaign managers think about launching bounties with stable coin or top coin payments... that way every bounty hunter will be able to measure the seriousness of the campaign, right? if so, it will increase the confidence of the participants too.
-
As someone who has been part of campaigns for years on bitcointalk, what I can say is that you won't get many good posters or actual legit participants (i.e good accounts to post on twitter or other social networks) unless you're paying in cash (usdt), BTC, eth, etc... if you're paying with future stakes or crypto that aren't actually liquid TODAY, most people won't care.

bounty campaigns are also very unpredictable and unstable unlike signature campaigns i am aware that bounty managers are only managers and can only do so much for the members but most bounties pay their members late and even then they’re not sure if the coin/token that’s been given to them will have any value

there are many skilled and experienced members in the forum that are willing to work in campaigns promoting your brand or platform but you have to value them as much as compensate them for the hard work they put

I did not see the participant numbers yet but the reasonable issue can be bounties are not profitable anymore. People can make more money by joining one telegram bot from 1 accounts and then joining bounty from 1 account although multiple accounts are not allowed here but in airdrops they are allowed.
People can make more money by trading then bounties. Another reason can this forum has lesser participants so there are more less people to join but that is good for the few participants because rewards will be more.

Taking a closer look at the idea of a bounty campaign can be fun practising for launching such a campaign in the future. As the levels of participation may not seem high it is always possible to try to entice people into more engagement with a creative idea. Making the rewards targeted and interesting and trying to push the campaign out through as many channels as possible will bring more focus. Do not let your audience keep you down, you should be willing to add other incentives for more engagement by the audience.
Perhaps considering how similar campaigns have had an impact in the past will help a person get a sense of what needs change. I have also noticed that there are some campaigns that are running on average that provide USDT / BTC as the amount of payout. If planned and executed well a good campaign is the perfect way to improve the relationship you have with your audience while getting to the larger objective.

You can also run a trial run for a month or so and see if there is interest in your campaign. I believe a campaign is going to be popular if the funds are escrowed at the very least, as most scam bounties don't bother doing that at all.
Not only escrowed, but ideally the escrow must receive full token/coin before the bounty campaign started. After all, i've seen scam accusation where the escrow (usually also the bounty manager) receive less coin/token than expected, where the escrow may take his escrow fee first before distributing any remaining amount.

That's a good point. I thought that escrowed assumed that, so it was a surprise knowing some projects don't send the full amount before the campaign started. I believe it's easy to verify that if the escrow address is made public, which is the standard for most campaigns based on what I know. It would be weird to say that the campaign is escrowed yet the address is not available publicly, that would make it sound like a scam instead.

I will suggest that if you are planning running a bounty campaign on the forum, let it be bounty that all rewards are escrowed, or at least, the project agreed to distribute partly project token and usdt, or other coin like Btc, eth to attract participants. The reason for this steps is because many bounty projects this days are not willing to escrow rewards, and worst still, some of them are even adamant to pay hunters after their hard works especially unescrowed bounties.

Have you launched your bounty here? If you never launched your bounty, you can't conclude there is less participation in this forum.
I'm trying to learned the past bounties in this forum, I saw many members joined the campaigns in the past. But mostly the members joined in signature campaigns. Regarding the quality of the members, I think it is almost the same as the quality of Bitcointalk members. It is because most of the members in this forum are the members of Bitcointalk forum. :D
-
I think this forum works similar so people who worked on bounty in btt forum can work same way here. But here the amount of hunter is less and in btt the amount of hunter is more. But now hunters have moved away from bounty, the main reason is because of many scam projects. Since the bounty hunters have been cheated repeatedly, so everyone has turned away from the bounty. You should probably know how hard a bounty hunter works but they are not respected and cheated time and time again when it comes to token distribution. However good projects tend towards bounty everyone will work there so you have to try to give the best bounty.

Other then not willing to escrow rewards they give money to managers and managers give disclaimer of joining these bounties on your own will and the participants joins in the hope to get extra dollars which are also not a big amount.
Most of the bounties just don't give any rewards even their native token which costs them nothing. They take bounty participants lightly and don't care for their efforts so that can be a big reason too for not getting any participants.

This forum is new for most of the BTT users and the total number of traffic is also very low in compared to that forum so obviously the participants won't be that many. I have stopped joining bounties which require me to post daily report or weekly report on the forum, as if they come up with some google sheet and I don't have to make such posts on here then that will be good.
Bounties are not profitable nowadays too I have joined more than 500 bounties on BTT and the reward was not that much, but YT, Review, Articles like campaigns were profitable (I have to admit) I hope the bounty you will bring will be a good one then I will surely join it.

Agree with you but must add some more points. For example, social media or signature campaign for limit hunter rules should be made for each sector. You can understand that by following the rules of some bounty, there are unlimited participants for total $1000. Then when the bounty ends each person gets paid $1. Due to all these reasons there are many hunters have now moved away from bounty. I think many people will turn to bounty after telegram tap to earn games are over. So strong rules should be made so that there will be a lot of hunters in the future.

It’s all goes back to trust and transparency of past bounties that have taken place here. If the project managers of the bounty campaigns are not trustworthy or maybe pay lesser fees or not pay at all after the bounty hunters have done their work, they’ll not feel the need to participate in new ones. Bounties are always a good gigs in the past and as a reputable campaign manager, you much have also enjoyed those moments when even the teams keep to their words and pay handsomely for the management you do for them. The hunters may totally trust your management because of your reputation but if you can’t give them your words of assertion that the team will really pay or funds already escrowed, they may not show interest in the bounty campaign even after lunch.
