Good to see another amazing bot by you, although I don't use such type of bots but it's actually a good one.

I'm currently using the Notifier bot that you've created and that one is really an amazing and useful bot. I hope the ones who prefer this type of bots will use it and enjoy the features of the bot.

Best of luck! :)

Thank you! Yes, this kind of bot is not that really necessary for everyone, especially those who don't regularly receiving funds from a  single address since we have HD wallets. I just see that there are at least users who want to use it, so i created one especially on bitcointalk :)

Update: I have added a button to check the address on mempool.space page when an address is selected.

Also, added wallet addresses are now snipped on the "wallet address list," showing only the first and last few characters of the added address if the label has not been added yet.

Update: Amount in USD conversion were added. Conversion comes from Coingecko which doesn't have huge difference on CMC conversion.

Here's the new look and sample of every new transaction notification

Oh man, I can't give you enough karma points that you deserve for this. The previous bot I was using stopped working and I needed this.
Two suggestions that might be useful, but are not essential for use.
If possible, the tx ID should be linked to the blockchair.com/txid... makes it easier to track the transaction confirmation, especially at a time when the fee is unstable.
Eventually adding an Ethereum wallet tracking option

Certainly, big thanks for your effort.

I can definitely add blockchair but then i love mempool.space for how simple it is. So yeah, how about add an option to what blockchain explorer to use for txid and address checking?

For adding ethereum, yeah, i will definitely add it on the future.

I am fine with mempool.space, I say blockchair just for example

Update: Block explorers are now added, this is for more option of viewing the wallet address and transaction id on browser where Mempool.space is the default one. I added the 3 ones i knew that most are using (I bet), Mempool.space, Blockchair, Blockchain.com. Feel free to suggest more block explorers.

I don't think there is any need to add more blockchain explorers. After all, it is only a notification bot, not some analytical tool. I would even choose the one that is the fastest, delivers the necessary information, and is not burdened with advertisements and unnecessary things.
btw. thanks for this update.

I remember seeing similar bots before, but I did not use any of them. This is an awesome and special bot for people like Shasan who have a lending service and have to track a lot of addresses. Average users like us could use these bots as well. Since you are a known guy and spend time on developing this one, I would give it a try and I will provide my honest opinion after I use it for a while. I do not receive funds too often. So, I will take some time to check the bot.

Thank you for your service.

Yes, the bot is pretty useful for those who regularly receives funds.
Thank you! Let me know your comment/suggestions when the notification (send/receive) works.

Does anyone else find this dot sign in front of the USD amount at first glance to be associated with "-" (minus), so it looks like the amount was taken from the wallet?
It is not a significant thing, because the transaction is indicated as incoming, but I don't know why I always pay attention to this symbol.  :)

It's a bullet list, just work like a division for BTC and USD amounts ;D

Not so big update, I just added Blockstream.info explorer on the Block Explorer's list for more options to choose since some explorer have more complex feature and some are simple.

Update: Fixed the registration bug why adding tag/editing explorer does not work that was encountered/commented on bitcointalk thread, the bot should work smoothly now unless a server disruption issue occurs.

Added a success message when block explorer is changed too.

Hey bro PX-Z

I am back here with my report. As I said, I will let you know once I start to use it. So far, I received one transaction in my wallet. Yesterday, I received a notification when I received my signature payment from the Altcoinstalks campaign. But today, I also received a signature payment from BitcoinTalk, which this bot did not notify.

However, a few minutes ago, the bot repeated old notification twice with the same tx ID which I received yesterday. Please look at the screenshot below to understand what I am talking about.

Thanks for the information, yes i'm aware of this, i was actually the one triggered this as i observed the bot didn't work earlier, the routes turn to error 404 so i manually operate it and the notification burst happens. I checked the logs some txid were not saved on the database due to server error (server has gone away) thus the notification happens again as duplicates. The 0 usd conversion were also cause of this, due to burst of request, api request limit reached per seconds.

Once you solve this problem, you will have to send us some Bitcoin to test notifications. 8) Just tell us where to send the BTC addresses and whether we should give all the BTC addresses that we monitor through this bot.

Check your wallet address. Tell me if you receive incoming transactions; if not, it's okay. It might be next time, maybe next year.  :P

Kidding aside, duplicate transactions should be fixed now unless the API gives the wrong info (order asc). Happy New Year!!🎉🎉🎉

Received.
This was just supposed to be for testing, but you were really generous.  8)

PX-Z, Recently, the bitcointalk notification bot added a bc.game advertisement. Have you considered looking for a sponsor too? It's not tedious, but it could help you.

Haha. Good one.

Yeah, it's good to see such bot project got traction for having ads, i could consider it of course, if some project offers for ads, it could be monthly fix or rotating ad for sure.

Eh, speaking of such possibilities, can you have any insight into how much your bot is being used? How many different users, number of notifications or similar?
I'm not asking you to leave such information here, if possible, but something like that would make it much easier for you to negotiate with potential clients who would promote themselves there.

I guess i can only provide the number of users and number of the notifications sent this includes mention/quote, tracked (thread, board, user, karma, etc) notifs for stats.

The number of active subscribed users is real-time available on the ann thread already which is something 140, and the active users of the forum every 3-5 days range 200+ (based) on my scraped data, so i guess that's fine stat to begin with.

I forgot to update here that the recent spike of notification is already resolved. The zero usd conversion will be avoided in the future transactions too as the delay is set  to 2-4 seconds. The old transaction notifications might still happen only for wallet address with more than 50-100+ transactions in the past

Hey bro!

Seems like the bot is not working correctly. Yesterday, I received $27 worth of Bitcoin from the Betfury campaign, but your notification bot shows I received $84, which is not correct. See the screenshot below for reference,

(https://talkimg.com/images/2025/01/20/WPTDb.png)

Also, I consolidated my wallet a few days ago, but the notification bot shows only $30 as an outgoing transaction.

Yeah, I am sure. I just checked twice. The TX ID and link it provided are three weeks old. I received $74 (at that time) three weeks ago, which is now around $84. So, the TX ID is also not correct. A lot of things are messed up at this moment. PX-Z has to work harder to fix it. For now, it is giving notifications, but with incorrect amount.

Thanks for the feedback. I can see where the error is, probably due to API wrong data, as it's not consistent in fetching the data in proper order especially for wallet address with lots of transactions already. I'll try to resolve this.

You are welcome, buddy. I know you are not making anything with the service you are providing so far. So, take your time and work on solving it during your free time. You don't have to spend your working hours fixing these things. It's not too important. I believe you noticed recently TryNinja got sponsored for his BitcoinTalk notifier from BC game, you may want to contact some of them and see if they are interested to sponsor any of your bots. If you can get at least the server cost, it's still not bad.

To update this statement.
Interestingly, I have been receiving notifications selectively for weeks. For example, the tx payment from the Coinomize campaign is never recognized by the bot, while notifications for other transactions work regularly. Any idea why this is happening? What can be the reason for selective recognition of tx by the bot?

Hmm, this type of error/bug depends on the API I'm using. Sometimes, when fetching transaction records, it retrieves an older transaction instead of the most recent one. Addresses with more than 50 or even hundreds of transactions may experience this issue.

I guess it's time for me to look for a new API.

Update: I've added a total balance feature that displays only confirmed transaction amounts, but it will only be visible when an address is selected.

Additionally, if a label exists, it will now appear in both incoming and outgoing notifications, not just the address, for easier identification.

I have also faced this same issue with Coinomize's previous weeks payment where I got no notifications for the incoming transaction.

Btw PX-Z, have you changed the API or anything? I got the incoming transaction notificiton for this weeks payment from Coinomize.

Update. Total BTC balance will show in the Wallet Address List from confirmed and unconfirmed transactions. Check the image screenshot below.
(https://talkimg.com/images/2025/04/03/lgn7z.jpeg)

BTC and USD equivalent value can be found at the Selected Address. It might have some error or zero/blank USD value due to API limit. But trying selecting the address will fix it somehow.

Something may have went wrong! I am not getting any incoming and outgoing notifications. The last notification I got was on 1st April. After that, I got paid from 2 campaigns (alt and btt), both the notifications for them aren't here! I just send some amount to another wallet a couple of hours ago, which is also missing!

Some update, on the status of the bot. Due to many not receiving notifications, bugs were fixed and also most probably notifications should he fixed now. However take note that transactions might not be instant, maybe a bit 3-6 mins late. This is to consider the API limit and the server resources capacity.

Honestly, anything that has to do with creating ideas with computer is difficult for me, but I must commend you efforts and experiences so far. You are absolutely doing great job and should sustain. It hard to see people who can devot time and energy creating unique platforms for everyone to benefit, just like this telegram bot notification system, i think this is great, keep it up!

Yeah, it looked broken for some days but now it's working again (hopefully won't break again). The last notification I got this time was in Tuesday. Another thing I noticed, the issue was coinomize's payment may still be present.

Thank you for constantly making quick updates and responding to the users concerns. +1

At first I thought it is the Altcoinstalks Notification Bot has been sifted to this board and I was like what happened, this board is for announcement threads .and when I read the content and I see different service. Op noice one though I have not gotten the real clue of the thread, that is I don't know how to use the service. But I will carefully study the instructions and follow up the steps to use the bot.

I appreciate your effort at this side of the crypto forums to make things easy for users.

Another thing I noticed, the issue was coinomize's payment may still be present.
You didn't receive the coinomize payment notification? Hmmm it was on early monday right? i'm still fixing the bot on that time though, probably it was overlooked.

Thanks man, appreciate it :)

Yes, I didn't. And it wasn't just for one week, but on multiple occasions, specifically for coinomize.
I don't remember the exact day, but the payment from their signature came in on 14th April at 1:57 PM (data from wallet history).

Ah okay, this issue should be fixed now already from the last update i've made as i found a bug related to this aside from API limit issue.

Update: total balance in BTC and its usd value is now added on the incoming/transaction notification

The idea and logic is...
Code: [Select]
if (mempool_incoming > 0) {
    final_balance = confirmed_balance + mempool_incoming;
}
else if (mempool_outgoing > 0) {
    final_balance = confirmed_balance - mempool_outgoing;
}
I guess this is readable and understandable even on non-programming peeps here  ;D

Adding a GitHub repository for open-source use and for anyone interested in reviewing the code.
Just a heads-up: it's currently not documented, and honestly, I have no idea how to properly document it yet.

Since you use Twitter, I suggest you use Grok and ask for some explanations. He often helped me, and the good thing about the free version is that (unlike ChatGPT) it can search online resources and deliver a quick answer.
