Hey guys, I just saw on multiple sources that Tron has secured an exciting multi-million-dollar partnership:
- https://cointelegraph.com/press-releases/bitget-announces-strategic-collaboration-with-the-tron-blockchain-including-the-acquisition-of-10m-of-trx
The Tron blockchain has partnered with one of the fastest-growing exchanges and they’ve sealed the deal by purchasing $10 million worth of TRX
Earlier this year, TON entered into similar partnerships, enabling them to expand their ecosystem and support projects building on their blockchain.
Tron is already one of the most popular and fastest blockchains, with a strong reputation and active user base. What do you think the impact of this new partnership will be? Will it drive even more growth and adoption for the Tron ecosystem?

Instead of focusing on these partnerships, it is better for them to develop blockchains to have low fees and develop blockchain-related services such as explorers and others. TRON fees have become expensive and the only reason to use blockchain is USDT.

This move in my view is great for TRON and the blockchain space, I also see this partnership as an impactful one as It reflects the increasing interest and investments into the development of blockchain technology, especially with regards to payments and the construction of decentralized ecosystems. Therefore, TRON has taken a solid position in its reputation as one of the fastest and most reliable blockchains; such collaborations could catalyze its adoption further.
Can this mark a new beginning for TRON as it embarks in blockchain-based payments?

I tried to use TRX to trade memes one time and I was charged $7 for fees. I was livid though so yeah that needs fixing. I'm optimistic this partnership would make Tron ecosystem flourish and integrate innovative solutions to its block chain and probably affect TRX price positively too yeah.

I didn't think anyone was using the Tron ecosystem other than USDT token. The upside is that it rarely gets congested, the downside is that average transfer fees above $2 are very bad.

I agree, I'm also unfamiliar with those projects on Trx despite its past popularity during the 2017 ICO. Currently, I believe Trx is known for its TRC20 USDT, which is quite popular among CEX users due to its low transfer fees of just 1 USD.
I don't recall if I've ever used Trx, nor have I noticed any increase in Trx transaction fees during the crypto winter. I don't think new partnerships can drive growth for the Trx ecosystem, even though the TRX token reached an ATH a few weeks ago.
