This fight is on the final stage of finalizing the fight; they already have the date but not yet the venue.
Both fighters have gone through their best and their worst, and this fight can be considered a legacy fight for both fighter.

Subriel will try to regain loss glory while Teofimo is gunning for greatness; whoever wins this fight will line up to more great fights, possibly unifications of the titles

The fight is still months away, there will be high profile interested to be part under this card. This will likely be on MGM grand.

Teofimo is incredibly popular after winning to Loma but he isn't KO puncher as Matias. He will lose this fight against Matias. He is fighting a solid fighter whos still in his prime too their boxing record can tell who has the KO caliber.

Crowd favorite Lopez for me. Subriel Matias has been exposed already by Paro and with that most likely Teo and his father has watch the tape and so they know what to do with Matias.

Matias is dangerous in the early rounds, at least first 6 rounds. But after that he gets tired and Lopez taking over the fight and I wouldn't be surprised if he caught Matias by surprised and scored a knock down. But in any case, I'm seeing that Lopez is going to win by full 12 round with a unanimous decision win. Matias was once touted to be the most avoided fighter at 140 lbs because of his knockout power. His manager Eddie Hearn even call him the boogeyman, Lol. But he is no longer that invincible. Paro shows the blue print on how to beat a knockout artist, by using his jabs more.

After that loss to Paro, Subriel needs to change something in his fighting style. The loss is very ugly because it happens in front of his countryman.
Whoever loses in this fight will have a hard time climbing again. Top fighters can afford to lose because there are a lot of top fighters now in that division and that's loss opportunities for them if they lose an important fight, I voted for Lopez to win in this fight because, like Paro, he is a technical fighter

I think this fight is no longer available, Lopez said that he is not interested on fighting Matias. Lopez might not want to fight him because he will not get the money that he wanted from the TR offer to him. So for sure, after his contract with TR, he will shop for a new promotional manager.

And so Matias will go and fight Valenzuela for a title eliminator

Junior welterweights Subriel Matias and Gabriel Gollaz Valenzuela have been ordered to face each other in an elimination bout, with the winner becoming the mandatory contender for the IBF title currently held by Richardson Hitchins.
