The government needs to look into the sector of creating more of skills acquisition in the country,every body must not work as a civil servant,the skills acquisition programme will benefits so many youths in the country,and it's also helps in economy growth creating employment in the society,these are the important factors the government should show concern,when there is no employment no skills acquisition programme to help the youth what do we expect, high rate of criminality,drug abuse,fraudulent activities every where,still the government goes around to arrest them for there misconduct forgetting they have failed us,creating employments, introducing skills acquisitions,building factories in the country helps to reduce crime rate,and also generating more revenue.

Acquiring and developing new skills, experience and knowledge is very important. Because It helps people get good jobs and earn more money. Because with skills acquisition people can make good things and provide good services. and they will also have the ability to start their own business and create job opportunities for others, this will bring growth, and development to the country. Getting skills makes people happy and confident. They can do things they never thought they could do. When people have skills, they can achieve their dreams and goals.
Individuals don't have to wait for government opportunities to acquire new skills. They can take the initiative to develop skills that benefit themselves and their families. By doing so, they not only improve their own lives but also contribute to the growth and development of their community. Acquiring new skills enables individuals to make informed decisions, start businesses, and create job opportunities for others in their community. This, in turn, drives economic growth, reduces unemployment, and fosters national development. Therefore, it is essential for individuals to be proactive in acquiring new skills, rather than relying solely on government programs.

The country has become something else, depending alone on white collared jobs cannot fully cover a family daily expenses. This is where learning a skill comes in even though you a have a job one can still dive into other side hustle using the skills learnt to cater for his or her family. The way the economy is right now no skill is bad because at every point in life the need of that skill will arise.
I always wanted learn the skill of phone and laptop repair, but after getting admission to the university, my interest in learning the skill declined because I thought after school a job will be there waiting for me, but I was totally mistaken. Though I know it is not too late now, coz with a skill you are good to go with the kind of bad economy we have now.

Having a skill, handiwork is good government should look into this aspect but another thing to look out is how to develop this skill and turn it into a business, making it more profitable yes people have skills such as plumbing, fashion designing, etc but how many of them have turn their skill into profit using it as a source of income and livelihood. Acquiring skills should not be the only thing to look out but also how to make this skill profitable government should look for or provide initiative that make use of the skill the youth of the country has or make the industry suitable for those with skill to flourish such as loans with low interest rates, adequate electricity supply etc
