I was wondering if blockchain was discovered before crypto like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash, Ethereum etc.
Now, A blockchain is a public ledger of all transactions in a given system that have ever been executed. It is constantly growing as completed blocks are added to it etc. While, A cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency designed to work as a medium of exchange. It uses cryptography to secure and verify transactions as well as to control the creation of new units of a particular cryptocurrency etc.
Let us know how it started.

"please correct me if I'm wrong"
maybe the first one found is Blockchain, because Bitcoin without a Blockchain is like a train without railroad tracks.
Cryptocurrency = Train
Blockchain = Railway Track.

Blockchain is a technology introduced together with Bitcoin by one or a group that calls itself Satoshi Nakamoto which technology is used to make transactions from bitcoin. so I think Blockchain and bitcoin were born together.

I does not have the idea which will come first but from my opinion it is blockchain that create cryptocurrency.

I think the first blockchain after that is crypto.Blockchain is the network that crypto uses. Blockchain technology provides networks like roads so that crypto can be used for transactions.
