Honestly, I thought the Telegram game era was over. After the drama with Memefi, Hamster, and XEmpire, traders were saying they’d had enough. But then I came across Mdogs and a few other TG games, and I’m surprised there’s still a lot of people getting involved. Guess the mix of simple mechanics and the potential for gains still works.
Speaking of Mdogs, they’re out here keeping things interesting. They introduced a 12-month vesting period after promising 100% unlocks for super pass holders 😅. And with a rumored 2 trillion total supply, it’s giving major meme vibes 😂. Gotta admit, the TG game scene never fails to keep things unpredictable.
-
As far as Ii know mdog is a bad project and they only got into crypto using telegram hype. Moreover, 2 trillion supply can be considered as a big waste project. Even the hype of all these telegram gaming projects is over long ago and if you work now it will only be a waste of money and time.
I have worked on memefi for a long time and also invested some money but i got only 25$ which can be considered as absolute loss. Also earned 5-7$ from hamastar and around 20$ from xempair. In fact, notcoin and dogs were the best airdrops of 2024 and with this telegram gaming hype is over right now.

I don't know who gives this Telegram developers the idea about cryptocurrency but they are very terrible in organizing a project. Anyways, they don't have funding from venture capitals which is why they launch rubbish projects. I don't blame the VCs anyways, nobody will have hard earned money and will says they want to invest it on telegram that as soon as the coins are launched, everyone sells their things.
I have skipped telegram mini games since last year October and I'm happy going to the platform to either check my campaign manager weekly updates or check my favorites telegram channel where I do download movies for the weekend. I don't have time to e tapping my screen because of $1 dollar.

It's funny how not too long ago, almost all games on Telegram were being promoted like there's no end to them. Now, the narrative is they aren't dead yet ;D The thing is no matter how you try to promote something that has no real utility or it's just another project that could be replicated months later, it's meant to 'die'.
-
They introduced a 12-month vesting period after promising 100% unlocks for super pass holders
And this doesn't look shady at all, right?
You realize that all those gimmicks on how the coin is here to stay with artificial promises are in the meme environment actually red flags?
But you're right, telegram games are not dead, the word you forgot to add is "unfortunately "
I don't know who gives this Telegram developers the idea about cryptocurrency but they are very terrible in organizing a project.
They don't care about the project, they care about the money, if it' a total failure they run if it's not dead in one month they stay around and try to milk it some more, there isn't a single deve there that thinks his project is here to stay for a decade.
-
I am not yet giving up totally Telegram and all the projects (including games) in there but we have to recognize that there is really something sinister in this whole set-up that can drag the whole platform to stagnancy later. The people behind Telegram should make a grand review of things and make sure that the platform can compete well and can be the base of good projects that will make good in the market. In other words, Telegram needs big winners, otherwise they will just be relegated to the background. Nobody wants the repeat of Memefi, Hamster and XEmpire else people will start to give up and Telegram will wither like a sunflower under the heat of the sun.
-
---
I didn't think that it's dead meaning there will be no more projects under TON blockchain that will be created. There will still be new projects created under it, but the hype isn't the same as like Hamster, or DOGS, or XEmpire, etc.
As for a lot of people involved, well, there's money involved so when there's money, there's people so they will flock into it, try to milk and get some few bucks, and then go out after selling then find another one. As for the 12-month vesting period, isn't it too long? Or it's just me that thinks that way. And with the 2 trillion total supply? ;D ;D
Overall, you will see telegram games here and there still just like when in GameFI where there are still new games being created. It's just that, the hype isn't that much anymore.

I have already done with these telegram games. Remembering that the first project was nothing coin and it did really create that huge noise into this market specially on bounty hunting or airdrops. This is the start on which there are tons of projects on which focusing into this narrative and its really that not shocking because project creators will definitely go along with the current hype but with the recent happening now that tons of projects ending up on getting shit and doesnt paid up into those people who hadnt been able to get and there are tons of projects becomes phishing out new users and farming out money because they've been believing that they can make money with this area but ending up they are the ones who have been farmed.
-
They are not really games at all. But they are mere games that only want to attract people of getting into their platform and that is a win win situation for them. They are leveraging the situation and the hype of what the market has with these trends. So i think that even with some good projects that becomes successful, most of the people that are aware of the scene wont be convinced anymore. Because many of us are done with this hype and even some games are profitable, they wont stay profitable forever.

Not tracking or joining any of these useless telegram bots in the hope of getting few cents this won't change they play with the user's mindset that we are unique from everyone and we will allocate most of the tokens to the community and there will be 100% unlocking on TGE but some delay the distribution.
This is not fair and in the current market volatility any newbie can make more money in profit if they will trade in alts or btc they just had to have enough money and to buy the dip whenever they found it like currently all alts are good to buy.

That's most of T2E sector for ya.
;)
It was better when it was the start of this whole craze, but now - it's long gone, imo.
Better to get into utility-based projects.

I thought as much, bro! I mean, with a 2 trillion supply, I could only expect Dustina at the end of the tunnel ahaha. Honestly, I miss those good old days when we’d just interact and actually earn from these projects. Now it’s all about ‘pay to earn,’ and it’s draining.
I spent a few bucks on Memefi too, but man, the constant TON transaction demands killed it for me. Spent more than I earned sadly, walked away with nothing. I feel you on Hamstar and XEmpire; I barely got scraps from them as well. Notcoin and Dogs were definitely the last real airdrop gems of 2024, and since then, the whole TG gaming vibe has been kinda dead. These days, it’s hard to tell if projects like Mdogs can actually deliver or if it’s just another time sink.

Honestly, yeah ! A lot of these Telegram projects lack proper structure, and without solid funding, they end up launching half-baked ideas that don’t last. Can’t even blame the VCs for steering clear. why would anyone put serious money into something that gets dumped as soon as the tokens hit the market?
I respect your decision to skip these mini-games. I’ve been on the fence myself, especially after wasting time tapping my screen for pennies on some projects. Most times I give my device to my little siblings to do all those tapping for me lol, personally am gonna keep trying but I won’t throw funds into it at all coz It’s crazy how much effort goes into earning a dollar these days. At the end of the day, if it’s not worth your time, it’s better to focus on things that actually bring value.
-
I am not a fan of them anymore because throughout my entire Telegram gaming and airdropping quest I never had the chance to make gains but instead I am just wasting my time and effort I missed the good ones but I think I am not gonna give time for it anymore as projects became useless.

Ahaha true man! It feels like most of these Telegram games and airdrops have just become time traps lately. I’ve been there too putting in effort, hoping for gains, and ending up with barely anything to show for it. The good ones feel like they’re long gone, and what’s left now seems like a waste of time. Honestly, if it’s not worth the effort anymore, it’s better to move on and focus on things that actually deliver value like I had said earlier, but notwithstanding am personally gonna keep giving it a shot without involving my finances lol.

Telegram games are basically a waste of time and I have participated in several Telegram games so far where most games don't pay users. In the beginning, the number of users of Telegram games increased, but the popularity decreased with time. Notcoin, Hamster Combat, Memefi, Although these three are paying some users, later the rest of the Telegram apps games are not paying the users and delaying their TGE.

i never really fully expected for it to die down yes the hype is not as high as before there are less talks less noise but there are still on going projects which i see people are still participating in albeit not as intense and motivated as before

super pass holders? this seems to me like this project is just going to end in another heartbreak unless you contribute some money to the project itself lol if you want to participate better lower your expectations and do not expect the greatest

Honestly, I also believe that telegram game will be cheating for us. Because we know that someone also expect it will be very helpful for them. But if we follow in few months ago, we can see that few telegram game could be paid there payment, which would be very little profit for us. But we expect for best profit from this telegram game. So when hamster and others telegram game disappointed, then we must understand this game will be very bad for us. So we should trying to avoid this telegram airdrop in this time.
-
Honestly, there is time for everything, the beginning was a bit ok but it is obvious that it will slow down until there will be just few people that remains; and after few more attempts to attract people on some new projects, it may finally go down especially when it yield less profit after much efforts by participants.
This is similar to the era of ICOs days, unfortunately there are just very few projects trying the old sales method with no success. In facts, the beginning will always make some differences like, hypes, speculations, massive promotions etc, but will gradually crash when there is no profits.

- There you are again, those hyped ones, don't most people here learn? There's almost no difference between hamster kombat, X, cat, watcoin, what about the ones I mentioned now after listing?
If you think you can make a profit from it, do what you want, good luck to you, but I will never participate in airdrops on telegram or games that they have in these apps.

Dogs were good for everybody.
A person entered, grabbed $5 for nothing, and was satisfied.
Others after that - all they did was milking their communities down.
-
I also lost faith in Telegram games after the Hamster Combat incident, and I believe I'm not alone. Many people have lost faith in Telegram projects due to unmet expectations and failed launches. Honestly, a lot of people feel disappointed. I doubt MDog will change people's minds even if they launch it. Personally, I've stopped wasting my time on Telegram programs and mining.

I agree with you, certainly more projects will get created but another question i keep asking is “how can the few good ones get recognized”. I farmed and spent a lot on Memefi like it was the next big deal and got little to no profit whereas Major did X5 on returns after two months of farming. Luckily, i didn’t spend a dime on Moneydogs, 12-month vesting period is way too long, i may consider trading it on Bit get when it get listed, trading has been another approach for me to rake in profits than directly investing in these projects while farming and wasting one’s precious time.

Unfortunately, all these are happening in the telegram mini app and projects that are launching these days are just after their pocket and not what the masses would benefit from. So far, lots of projects launched on telegram and have demanded donations and support indirectly ripping members of their funds and at the entire end
giving them dust in return which has happened with most of the mentioned names here.
Although some launched fairly some were just a result of hype and nothing much. It is pertinent that one does their research before putting efforts into any of the airdrops so that they do not regret the time, efforts, and resources they have put into such airdrop.

For me, this telegram tap to earn is fading; its not getting the buzz it was getting before, and there's a lot of discontentment, I must admire these people who choose to hang on; it's not easy to tap for hours with guaranteed return of your effort, I moved on DePin projects I don't know if this is another hype concept but at least I will not tap the whole day while hoping that I will have a good allocation and will have a good price in the future.

Really dogs airdrop was the best for everyone and most people made a lot of money from dogs and notcoin, grass without spending any money. I failed to sell the dogs token because i was waiting for a better price. So far i have saved about 500k dogs for good profit. However, most of the telegram gaming hype projects are suddenly seeing multiple price drops and it will take a long time to recover these prices. So the good times of telegram gaming hype are coming to an end and most number of people are avoiding it now and everyone should look for alternatives.
-
I was very optimistic about Not Coin, but I did not see any progress in these projects even during the bull run. That is why I am also quite worried about it. Will investors be able to boost their confidence again? The first project based on Telegram games is Not Coin. But the price of this coin is still so low that it is doubtful whether it has any potential in the future. I believe that when the altcoin market becomes completely bullish, maybe these projects can improve at that time but not certain. Since this is the first project of this era, it needs to be improved. Otherwise, investors' confidence in same other projects will not grow.

How did you manage to get 500k dogs? I got only around, I think 5k, and by just doing the task, I only got around 8k dogs to withdraw.
The amount they distribute are depends on the age of your Telegram account, so I'm shocked to hear how you got the 500k dogs?
Are you promoting your referrals? Or are you an influencer and got large amount of referrals?

Yes, we can use the targeted referral method or other methods. There are many ways to spread the referral link that we have, one of which is using paid advertising and targeting it to a certain country with large capital, then the results will be big. There is also a way to increase the number of telegram accounts that we have because basically telegram is very easy to get. Another way is when we have a channel like YouTube or a telegram group with quite a lot of active users, then we can use that method to increase referrals. So if one account directly gets 500k dogs, it is indeed very difficult, but using some of the methods above will be very easy to do.

I do think these were the refs, mostly.
And entering the app daily before the drop.
No shot they gave even 200k only for the account age.

They have filled their pockets and that's enough for them.
Actually developing the coin and the products in the ecosystem will cost them more than another 10 launches and wouldn't reward them even close to the amount they can get from something brand new, this happens with almost every single coin, and not just meme coins, if we talk about game coins, remember axie? This will sooner or later be the faith of all those coins that create a product around a token rather than creating a good product then the token,

I heard about this airdrop in some airdrops groups but this is not the only telegram bot famous now, there are many in which people are now spending time to break the egg in order to get the ton reward but I know most or all of them are fake so we must not waste our time there.
There was another airdrop named as woof which rewarded people if I am not wrong I did joined it but I did not kept an eye on the airdrop groups so I missed to give the claim details but no worry, this is not my first time missing this hehe as I missed such claims many times sadly. Overall telegram games are really dead if you accept it or not, that's the harsh reality now.
