Serious question, would you buy a nazi meme coin and hold to it in the event nazis might actually come to power again, especially since the AFD is slowly becoming the second party in Germany?
I am wondering this, seeing how people find excuses to the president of the US for launching a worthless token, how people left and right launch meme coins, and seems like almost everyone is defending them since, it's just a meme coin, do your own research, everyone should be free to launch s many coins as they want, what's important is money.
I'm wondering where is everyone drawing a line, politics, religion, or something else or do have none at all?

Well in my opinion I really don't think that would be much of a problem. I think people that still understand that particular meme coin will still have a way around it irrespective of the launch and other stuff. Those coins will still have a target audience if it eventually gets launched but the only thing is since it's more meme coin than a stable coin, Holding may just be brief to avoid the dip.
Nevertheless I still have the feeling that some persons may take it personal and that's the more reason political related discussions is something I don't really fancy very much.

New meme coins that has a gained a large community at the beginning of the project presale can be very successful even after listing. There are always the possibility of members referring others to join the community, and a good marketing and promotional programs will go a long way to boost the demands.
In addition, new start up projects, whether the utility tokens or memes needs consistency on all levels of developments to increase awareness and adoptions overtimes.
-
Not buying the Nazi meme is even the first time I've heard of it.
Regardless of the narrative, I will not buy more meme coins that have been pumped, for example, if it is early, I will try $5 like gambling but if it is a large amount of capital, I will not do it.
Meme coins about religion? That won't attract those who still have morals.
But if it's a meme about politics it's still a lot of interest until now.

You guys do know what nazi actually did and what spreading their symbols can lead to?
Out of pure curiosity, do you know what those people would do to you right now if they would have the power?
Since I assume you're both not so rue white probably you would have ended up on a human livestock camp.
Still feeling comfortable with that thing?

The high rise of people being comfortable to launch memecoin, to end up rug pulling it without being arrested really calls for attention because it don't project well for crypto, for crypto space to be place where anyone can wake up to launch their own coin without having any utilities in mind, instead to scam people of their hard earned money, which is totally not welcoming in crypto space.

I will not, and people should not support this memes where its narratives derives from the suffering of millions of people, I can go for any meme, even if its a weird meme but I will not support this kind of meme; it will just remind many of us here the holocaust brought about by the second world war, Developers should have a sense of responsibility when creating memes; it should be positive and not negative.

You do have a point however it is important to understand that although you may have solid reasons for your explanations and statistics some other people may also have contradicting views about the Nazi issue. Most of the time some people don't fancy getting into discussion like these and that's basically because it is more political than an economical issue although both economics and politics work hand in hand.
Someone actually in support of the Nazi if you agree with me you definitely not support your claims.

it’s disappointing how we would forget about everything for the sake of profit buying this coin is literally a support for antisemitism even if you say you are just holding this for profit to engage with this kind of things is to engage in hate and discrimination
I'm wondering where is everyone drawing a line, politics, religion, or something else or do have none at all?
i will stand by my morals while also earning money and i would not get rid of it people seem to be going backwards and being openly racist, discriminatory all for the sake of profit and it’s sad to see

I personally will not buy memes that are political or religious, if the meme coin has a narrative on those two things. I think there is something wrong in forming the community. where politics and religion are not worthy of being used as coin memes, as we know the meaning of coin memes or image memes, all mockery and jokes,
-
I think those who have morals about religion won't be attracted to meme coins, but if it were a political meme coin there would be a lot of interest. As trump came to political power crypto has generated a lot of interest, especially with the trump meme coin with many people rushing to invest. Here you can catch the entire political hype that was created through various posts from x. New investors can use these coins to enter the crypto market. The crypto market is always risky but this type of coin is more risky because it is controlled by a few influential people.

Yeah, meme coins has actually nothing in common with any political or religious affiliates. I don't think it is necessary to launch meme coins that will cause dis affection amoung users rather than being a joke coins.
As a matter of facts, memecoins are joke coins and it will not be unnecessary to link them into political or religious jokes. There many things to link with Meme coins but not things that look offensive.

Sometimes I wonder if the Nazi shouldn't have done even worse things and the allies would have stopped the Japanese expansion a few years later, maybe the new generation would think twice before saying it's just politics. Do you actually know what the nazi did in those ten years they were in power?
New investors can use these coins to enter the crypto market.
How are they going to enter the crypto market is they are getting fleeced right at the beginning?
For god's sake, just look around you and see what this flood of investors from meme coins is doing to the price!
-
No,
so far I don't really like meme coins, so whatever, well just look at it. but not to buy it. there is no thought and also seriousness in me to learn more about meme coins. especially this coin/
I think, is this coin really there? hmm, it seems like it's just a name or is there really a concept in it that is related to naz1?

WOW... what if it provides huge benefits, for example Trump coin yesterday, it seems like many people will still be interested in buying memecoin in any form if in the future there will be benefits that come there.... moreover if it is in line with someone's life principles, it will certainly be very interesting...
I think, more people live more realistically, rather than implementing idealism that cannot provide direct financial benefits.. from the way memecoin works, we can already see it, that memecoin destroys idealism and forces users to be realistic...

+1
Unfortunately, I didn't notice this topic until today. This is a profound question. You summed up the corrupt reality we've reached with one simple question. Thank you.
The answer for me is no. I wouldn't buy any Nazi meme coin, even if I made millions from it. As for me, I have my own personal convictions, and I don't even buy memes based on prostitution or taboos.
But if I were to answer from the current societal mindset, I would say that buying a Nazi meme coin depends on who's promoting it. If some famous influencers promote it, you'll definitely find millions buying it, unfortunately.

You do realize that the life principles of the nazi regime was putting people of non European white descent to death right?
So you would buy the symbol of that just because it gives you money?

In my opinion, yesterday's Trump meme was just a coincidence and it was fomo because at that time DT officially became president, they still have the right to believe in memetokens, because everyone has their own principles, I prefer to be realistic and afraid of losing rather than hoping for more, it turns out to be empty

I believe such type of fluctuation is quite frequent in the crypto market, especially when a large event takes place. Thus, meme tokens can go up rapidly within a short time span; however, the longevity of such tokens is doubtful. Whether it is a good or bad decision, each individual is perfectly capable of making such a decision on his or her own, but being hasty and following only the trends that are present in the moment seems to be even more dangerous. The first approach is less appealing to me because it sets unrealistic expectations that often lead to disappointment If nothing tangible comes of it, it is better to choose something somewhat realistic but with that added potential.

honestly even if it is not a famous influencer i think a handful of people would stil go and buy it you would be surprised with how many people adore hitler and his ways there are nazis and racists out there that would be interested in this and there will also be people who are money hungry and would still buy this even if they do not agree with this ideology all for money

Unfortunately, what you say is true. It's a poor moral indicator of the greed and indifference people have reached in order to make money. Some people seek money by any means, even at the expense of others' suffering.
I remember years ago, when the racial discrimination incident against American citizen George Floyd occurred, how some scammers quickly created a token in his name under the pretext of collecting donations, then stole the funds.

That's nothing:

Sir Maejor Page, 35, of Toledo, has been sentenced to 42 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Helmick after a jury convicted him of wire fraud and money laundering for defrauding donors of more than $450,000

I think 99% of that money got stolen, there are hundreds, hundreds of cases of the activities themselves spending those donations on their own interests.

Thanks for the links.
It's disgusting to see this massive amount of fraud and fundraising under the guise of humanitarian causes or combating racism, exploiting people's sympathy for humanitarian causes to steal from them.
This is not only immoral and inhumane, but it also causes great harm to society, as some people will refrain from making donations because of such filthy scammers.

Well funny you should ask.
I am married and pretty much locked into living in the USA for the rest of my life.
If I were single I would leave the USA. But That is not happening so for personal survival I have consider what happens if the USA drifts more and more extreme to the right.
What happens if Donald Trump Jr gets elected in 2028 to 2036 what happens if his Sister gets in in 2036 stays to 2044 and then the USa gets a baron for president.
We could have 28 years of Trumps.
If this is the destiny of the USA I should carry some Trump coins.
So I now have a bid for 10 Trump coins on coinbase 10 at $11.11 each.
I would prefer moving but that is not in the cards for now.
