A top blockchain protocol development firm is looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with a focus on low-level coding to help enhance its cross-chain infrastructure. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive compensation package, including salary, tokens, and equity.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Strong Programming Background: Several years of hands-on experience in C++ and Go.
Blockchain Protocol Expertise: Prior work with Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain protocols is a must.
Distributed Systems & Cryptography: Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and cryptographic principles in a blockchain context.
Cross-Chain Development: Experience with bridging networks and improving cross-chain protocols.
Quality-Driven Coding: Commitment to writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Autonomous Work Style: Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
Passion for Blockchain & Decentralization: Genuine enthusiasm for the space and its potential.
Fluent in English.
