Title: Registrations from Altcoinstalks to Bitcointalk
Post by: kai on February 20, 2025, 05:34:50 AM
Sorry in advance, I want to ask for help from all altcoinstalks members to solve the problem that happened to me because I want to register on Bitcointalk.
I have also made it in the Indonesian language version (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=328144.0), so that I can respond quickly, I also made it in the Global forum to ask for help.
The proof of the problem is below:

Your IP address has previously been used for evil on this forum, or it is a known proxy/VPN/Tor exit node, so you are required to pay a small fee before you are able to post messages or send PMs. You can still use all of the read-only features without paying.

Your account contains 1.24 units of evil. To atone, you must pay a total of 0.00000050 bitcoins (0.00050 mBTC; 50 satoshi). Pay to the address 35UKCTDBc4AjwyLVC2dcJkdzieUzR1dHXv. Once you have paid the full amount, wait a few seconds and then reload this page. If the fee is so small that your wallet is unable to send it, you can send any larger amount, though you will not be refunded the difference.

Alternatively, the people listed here can whitelist you for free. Paying the fee is probably easier/quicker, though.

People commonly say, "I haven't posted anything before, so why on Earth am I banned?" You are not banned. Your IP address was previously used for evil, so everyone who uses that IP address has to pay this registration fee.

To speed up the resolution of this issue, what should I do?
Can anyone help me provide a step by step guide to this issue?

This has nothing to do with altcointalks account, it's because your IP contains evil score and to remove that you need to send a small fee.

It's clearly mentioned that all you need to do is just send 50 sats to this 35UKCTDBc4AjwyLVC2dcJkdzieUzR1dHXv address, once the transaction is confirmed you can able to post on bitcointalk. Probably you need to spend more on fee than the actual penalized amount.

Thanks Findingnemo, the point is to send Bitcoin to this wallet 35UKCTDBC4AJWYLVC2DCJKDZIZR1DHXV , worth 50 Satoshi.

Btw, do you know the trusted Escrow in Altcounstalks?
I only have a little USDT in Binance, and do not have bitcoin in personal wallet.

You can easily bypass this by using a VPN when creating an account - so if you’re not so hangup on the username you used in the account creation and can go for a different username then all you need to do is to download a VPN (a good one, I’m not naming anyone for you), connect it and then proceed with the account creation; you’ll most likely not see the “evil fee” stuff again.

But 50 sats isn’t too bad so instead of going through this stress which I’m not sure will work because I read it in Bitcointalk just pay the 50 sats and continue with your account.

It's not difficult to do, there are many available options you can use to enable you have a successful account creation which will also allows you to make posts, here are some of the additional ways to go about it aside the ones already mentioned for you.

1. Pay the evil fee required.
2. Use VPN of region not tagged as evil.
3. Contact a reputable member to vouch for you.
4. Ask someone to help you whitelist your account from the reputable members there

I don't think it is worth it because it is around 40$ if I am not wrong and paying to create a account which you have done nothing wrong is bad I suggest using a vpn as Cantasy suggested.

Although I am not sure if it will work I read an thread on btt that if you could come to get a vouch from trusted member providing the service of vouching for you by charging you lesser money in not BTC form then it will lot easier.

I need escrow for 50 sats in exchange for 5 USDT from Binance. I will send 5 USDT first, then when it arrives please send 50 sats.
Are there any members on altcoinstalks who are willing to escrow with me?

No need the 2, 3, and 4, OP just need to pay the amount mentioned and everything will be fine. If there's something wrong like the page don't change after paying the amount, you can post it here so that someone can relay the message to the admin or mods for help.

Sorry if I'm wrong, the BTC fee rate for 50 Satoshi is now around 0.049 USD.
If the sending fee is around 3 Dollars then I send 8 USDT from Binance.

1. Pay the evil fee required.
2. Use VPN of region not tagged as evil.

Yes thanks for the feedback, I also prefer to pay 50 Satoshi to unban my registration on Bitcointalk.
Now I need a BTC escrow that can be exchanged from my Binance, can you be my escrow?

Let’s deal - I’ll send the 50 Satoshi to the wallet and after confirmation you’ll send the USDT to my Binance account… if you’re ready send the wallet to my pm and I’ll update this thread after making the transaction.

The reason I want it to be public is because I want to have a reference if anything happens afterwards so I can have a proof that we actually did business together.

So if you’re ready hit me up.

Hold on.

This whole drama about escrow is that you have to pay an evil fee to have an account on Bitcointalk?
Did I understand correctly?

Is Rilea Stratus Kai the first account you registered there?
How did you register that account, did you use any non-regular method?
Do you not have 0.00000050 BTC to send?

That's the point of the thread as s/he doesn't have btc balance, i hope @Cantsay will be able to help the OP this time.

Now I need a BTC escrow that can be exchanged from my Binance, can you be my escrow?
I can't do the thing, higher member offering you for the transfer is enough i guess.

I have reasons why I sought answers from kai here. Some kind of reference.

I left a request for whitelisting @kai's account on the Bitcointalk forum. We'll see how it goes. I think this is too complicated and even though it's not a lot of money, 5 USDT for 50 satoshi is excessive.

Did I understand correctly?
Yes that's right, I need 50 satoshi to unban my registration on Bitcointalk.

Why do I need an exchange/escrow like this because if WD BTC from Binance to the BTC Unbanned address is more than 12 dollars, because there is a minimum WD and WD fee too. While my USDT balance in Binance is only 10 dollars.
This is proof that I replied to a post from Husna QA = https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=328144.msg1720507#msg1720507

Is Rilea Stratus Kai the first account you registered there?
Yes, that is my username on Bitcointalk and I match the altcoinstalks and Bitcointalk emails to keep it simple.

How did you register that account, did you use any non-regular method?
I registered using Google Chrome.
I use email same with altcoinstalks from Google Mail.
I use Tethering internet signal from my Smartphone.
I use Telkomsel internet provider (State Internet Company in Indonesia).

I did nothing else, just registered. But when my account was ready, my account was banned according to the evidence in the first topic above.

Do you not have 0.00000050 BTC to send?
Yes, that's right, I don't have a balance of 0.00000050 BTC in my personal wallet, so I ask for help to exchange with USDT on my Binance.

I have also contacted Husna QA, a Moderator from Indonesia but in fact her BTC balance is empty, the proof is here: https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=328144.msg1720266#msg1720266

But now I have Thanks for your response, I have made a deal with a member from Nigeria, namely Cantsay (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile;u=97171)
I made a deal with him for 5 USDT from Binance which was exchanged for 50 satoshi for unbanned registration.
Have discussed via PM forum but the problem is the minimum BTC sent is 500 satoshi, I don't have a problem with 500 satoshi either because it is still below 1 dollar in price.
And now she is not back on, I am waiting for confirmation from him now.

You should try sending an email to LoyceV, which can whitelist your account for free, or to one of the other users who also have that permission:

Remove Proxyban (evil fees) - email to get whitelisted for free (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5350260.msg57505657#msg57505657)

Quote from: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5350260
How to get your Proxyban removed?
I can only whitelist you if I know you exist. There are 2 options:
1. Convince me
Send me an email:
Code: [Select]
[email protected]Now the tricky part: apart from including your Bitcointalk username, you'll need to convince me you deserve it. I know this sucks, and I hate jumping through hoops too. But it's the best I can do to help new Bitcointalk users without giving spammers a free pass. If you don't tell me your Bitcointalk username, I will ignore your email.
You don't need to send me your IP-address or real name. I can't believe I have to add this: DO NOT send me a picture of a passport!
Or (not "and") email someone else:
Code: [Select]
[email protected]
Code: [Select]
[email protected]
Code: [Select]
[email protected]
Code: [Select]
[email protected]

Easier than paying 50 cents in BTC (even transaction fees will be higher than that).

I don’t think you’ll be needing this transaction anymore, Examplens has already made a request on your behave I saw his post LoyceV thread so there’s a high chance that you’ll get whitelisted.

But if anything happens and you don’t get whitelisted I’ll send the 500 Satoshi and you won’t have to pay anything - so let’s just wait for what LoyceV has to say concerning the issue.
