See mate this There are three types of ICO Successful, Unsuccessful and SCAM. If any ICO becomes unsuccessful that doesn't mean that the ICO project is a SCAM. So, it's our duty to choose a good ICO which has a good future.

Every good thing will still have some bad ones. ICOs are still legit despite the numerous fake and scam ones among them

Research well into their team. Some use fake profiles and pictures as team members. Also ICOs without product or any existing developments are usually more riskier

Of course, but we can`t deny that some of ICO are scam. In order for you to find legit ICO you must need to check their team, advisors, roadmap and whitepaper. Search the project before you plan to join, you must be aware this time to avoid joining scam ICO.

You can check directly to the head office if the ICO is held in your country.
but if different countries may be better not to follow the ICO, unless you have an intimate acquaintance at the ICO.

Well search the ICOs based on the ICOs rating website is one of criterias to find a good ICOs, there are no guarantee it will be successfull in my personal analysis to find a good ICOs always use your own research and analysis of the ICOs projects. It will makes us to be more smart to choose a good ICOs in the future than just follow other people recommendation.

ICO is still a legit investment,otherwise there are some tendencies thats we could face a fraud or scam ICO project development,because the market is beyond controlable because of so many coming in and out project now,and the community of this group have no filter if if thats incoming project is legitimate,but totally still the 80% of the whole community in ICO investment is still legit.

It is. Some ICOs are still legit evem though most of it sre scam these days but that does not mean you don't trust all ICOs. All you need to do is DYOR ( do you own research) to find a legitimate ICOs.

Of course ICO is still legit, usually to find out the good one I always take a look at their website,I will keep their market which is mention I their website and I also find out in their rating project in a few website such as icobench and etc.
