Title: Breaking through or held back??

I've been seeing more women stepping into crypto trading, mining and even leading projects like Solana's Lily Liu or Binance's Rachel Conlan. But I'm curious. Are woman really breaking through and making a big impact in the crypto space, or are there still barriers like bias, lack of access, or skepticism holding them back? I'd love to hear your real-world story, whether you're a woman in crypto or just observing. I start from 0 too and now I'm earning 10x more than my 9-5 work.

So far, I haven’t found a cryptocurrency project founder who is a woman. The women I’ve come across in crypto are usually brand ambassadors or only hold roles in marketing. No one knows the exact reason for sure, but I’m confident there are still many smart women with the potential to become CEOs of cryptocurrency projects.
