Title: What can we expect from BTC?
Post by: AlphaBeta on March 03, 2025, 10:57:37 AM
As expected, because of the recent BTC price surge other altcoin are on the move upward, and I'm sure a lot of people saw this coming, but I think the real question now is how long this trend would last.

Because we've been here a couple of time, and it would be cool if we can put a timeline on this, if it's just a temporary move, and even if it isn't, how long can we expect the bullish trend to last.

Unfortunately, nobody can tell us with some good degree of certainly on this concern all because we know for sure that Bitcoin and the rest of the crypto gang can be so volatile. All we can do is speculate, hope, wish and even pray that prices will continue to go up and even achieve a new ATH within the month of March. the market can easily crash anytime and then on the other hand it can skyrocket for even flimsy reasons. In other words, this is is really an every exciting and sometime scary roller-coaster of a ride so just buckle up and enjoy the ride while it lasts. Now, if you want my opinion, I want Bitcoin to go past $125K this month, crash to $50K by April to give it some room to breathe and then ride up, up and away to $150K by May. And I am in front of the wishing well with some coins am ready to throw...

No one can give the right prediction over a market performance until we see how it all goes with the general cryptocurrency market trends, this may be as a result of the season we are or for the time being a particular coin was launched and investors are coming over it, most of these coins follows after bitcoin market performance because they realized it's the lead to all crypto market, we should expect more pump from bitcoin sooner.

I see what you mean, and for what you mentioned about the prices, would it not be scary if BTC actually respects all of the prices in that in those very short time?

I'm sorry, I'm not very good with sarcasm so I'm not able to tell if this is one.

So you're bullish. I'd like to know if this is a short term sentiment or if it's a long term view?

Crypto is unpredictable and no one can say for sure where bitcoin will go next. It could skyrocket or crash overnight. It is just how market works. Hoping for a specific price is fine but it is smarter to stay informed and have a plan. Ride the waves but don't rely on luck alone.

The prices of cryptocurrencies, which bitcoin is one of; can not be accurately predicted most for the time, so it's ordinarily hard to tell if we are still in the bull run (before we even move on to how long the bull run will last) or whether we have entered the bear season.

So far,  I think we have three different market seasons and they are..
1. Bull season.
2. Sideways season.
3. Bear season.

And currently, I think we are In a sideways season, the price of bitcoin goes up and goes down, it's become hard to tell if we are in the bull or bear season, so, I think we are in a sideways season 😊

I know I have seen people saying that the trend is still true
Bitcoin is still following the same path
But now I think we were not accounting for Trump and Elon blatant manipulation.
Bullish or bearish doesn't mean much
Just tryna stay calm and continue holding
If I have spare Fiat I add more
I'm not gonna be fixated on if we bullish or bearish.

Market isn't bullish yet, it's very bearish, and I believe this bearish market will continue for some days and then there's chance that we may have bullish market once again.

What kind of expectations do we actually have for Bitcoin?
Isn't it important that it is profitable? The problem is what the process will be like, well, we just follow the flow. Because after all, Bitcoin is decentralized, it cannot be fully controlled. Market manipulation is also possible, but not 100% manipulative.

Well, the price of BTC is always volatile, so it cannot or is difficult to predict accurately. So yeah, whatever it is, whether it is currently dropping or rising, just enjoy the process. The key is to be patient with whatever our efforts are to gain profit from Bitcoin, whether through trading, investment, staking, and others.

It is always difficult to answer this question. Bitcoin is more difficult to predict in this cycle. There are too many factors that influence the price of Bitcoin. And there are too many predictions for the Bitcoin price. Some people said that we are in the bearish season already, but other said we are still in the bullrun season. We even don't know that Bitcoin has reached its peak price or not.  :-\

As an investor, I only hope that the BTC price will rise steadily and then stabilize, for example around 150K USD, so that altcoins will have the opportunity to increase strongly and create a new ATH this year. This will help maintain the 4-year cycle of BTC and the crypto market.

Currently, the BTC price below 100K USD is creating great pressure on altcoins, many tokens have returned to the bottom of the crypto winter in the disappointment of holders. Even many BTC holders are regretting the opportunity to sell BTC above 100K. The market is sinking into fear and confusion.

It is really frustrating to see bitcoin now going down below $100k . The fear in the market is real and many hodlers felt the pressure because they missed the biggest opportunity in crypto market. But crypto has always been cyclical and past trends shows recoveries follow periods of uncertainty. If btc stabilizes and gains momentum, altcoins could see strong growth as well. It is a tough phase right now but patience and long term perspective might be needed for now.

Bullish season is not over yet so we should stay calm and hold our coins. Bitcoin price has indeed dropped back below $100K, this is what makes altcoin also experience a price drop.
next week we will probably see Bitcoin price rise again and be above $100K. this is just a prediction and hopefully there is good news.

Enjoy here, means for people who do have long-term targets, because whatever happens in the market should not have a big impact on their plans to invest for the long term, in a certain period of time at a certain price target. Therefore, the key is to have high patience. And you don't need to see how the market is developing too often so that we can enjoy it more.

While for people who do it for the short term, of course the focus is different, yes this will definitely make us spend more time reading the market scheme and whatever happens fundamentally affects it. So it really depends on what we do too.

Judging from what is happening at the moment, it seems like a temporary movement. There are still some moments for pump and dump to affect the market conditions again. and here, we are experiencing it. yes, just be patient. Because market conditions like this are quite vulnerable to panic and anxiety with our assets which are indeed intended for taking profits in this bullrun era. It's just that, we won't know for sure whether or when the peak of the bullrun will actually occur, now this is the dilemma for people who want to get optimal profits in this bullrun. but, if for example the hope, of course the hope is that the price of BTC can rise again above 4100k, that's for sure. and of course the hope that BTC will really achieve momentum at a figure of at least $120k.

What next about the crypto market can't be foreseen by anyone. Anyone who tries to talk about what is next to happen in the crypto market is just speculating. His or her crypto analyst can't be taken seriously or gotten correctly because of how unpredictable the market is.

The worst someone can do is to have a timeline of their crypto coins, because that alone will leave you heart broken when your timeline plans didn't work as expected.

I could remember last year, some speculators were saying this year bull run will start by March. But Here we are in March, no sign whether the bull run will start in March or not.

BTC has somewhat in the consolidating phase for as long we can remember, dips that we should take advantage and then accumulate before the price goes up again.

Not sure about altcoins, they haven't had the best season yet in this bull run. While BTC has like many times hits its all time high at $109k. And investors are still inspecting that in the last quarter of the year, we will see along $150k-$180k.

No one can say for sure, just that you should be ready and keep a positive mindset towards bitcoins. The market is crazy at times and difficult for someone to predict, making it more difficult for someone to stay encouraged concerning their investments in Bitcoin. Always console yourself with the fact that you are not alone in your investment, and if you must complain and have no one to talk to, come onto forums like this to vent your frustrations, because venting your frustration will actually help you not to make the error of selling off your Bitcoin in a hurry out of the frustration of temporary poor performance.

I don't know what other people's opinions are on what expectations we should have from Bitcoin at this time. But in my opinion, there is no position or market that we should give up on yet. Rather, I think there is a bigger pump coming.
And the reason for this is that we can look at previous analyses, and even before this, we could see a major market correction in the analysts' discussions, and I think this market position is that major market correction. So I will keep holding my Bitcoins and my expectations will definitely still be positive from Bitcoin.

Bullish trend meaning the bull run, eh?

If that's the case then I would only speculate that it will last at around the 4th quarter of the year or maybe earlier and it might end at the final days of 3rd quarter of 2025. Nobody knows as most here said it, but what we can do is to speculate, and prepare for what can happen. The question now though is what will be the price of Bitcoin in the upcoming months. Will it go sideways at around the $80,000-$90,000 or we will see reaching $100,000 yet again for the second time after it drop massively.

No one can give you 100% accurate prediction.  You can only be inspired by the history that Bitcoin has before it.  Because Bitcoin has been hitting incredible prices ever since its launch.  You think about where Bitcoin is currently used by approximately 2.5% of people worldwide.  Since then, the value of Bitcoin has crossed one hundred thousand dollars.  So when the global usage of Bitcoin increases in the future, its price may exceed millions of dollars because there is a fixed supply of Bitcoins that will never increase.  And if the use of Bitcoin increases, the number of Bitcoins to the users will decrease because then Bitcoin will be more expensive.  We are very lucky that we know about Bitcoin now.  So from now on Bitcoin holdings should be done in any amount

If I describe the current situation in the market from my personal point of view, we are only seeing big whales manipulating the market. And that's why I think since they are manipulating and the market is currently down, there is a possibility that the market will become bullish again in the future.
So my expectation from bitcoin is still on the positive side but we have to go on the hard way i this situation. But I also personally think that this is also an opportunity for the long term holder to buy more bitcoin.

Yes, Trump has been quite vocal about BTC and crypto in general, and with the U.S. establishing a crypto reserve, other countries like Brazil are starting to follow suit. However, the market seems to be in an accumulation phase, and we haven't seen much of a pump at least for now. These past few weeks have shown that news alone may no longer be a strong catalyst for market rallies.

There are various conditions that can be observed within the current market that indicate the existence of certain factors that may influence prices, another is the huge parties that possess more power in the flow of the trading business. But while the conditions of down turn signals the current negativity, it does not necessarily signify the total loss of the hopes for upward growth. There are many people that still do pay attention to such things as confidence of assets in various situations to survive. When there is pressure it is seen as a challenge to take up a challenge in the market or you devote your self to prepare better. That is not the first time when such a situation exists, similar conditions have happened in the past. Sometimes life changes and situations in our life can change at any one point, yet the key thing is to ensure that we make sure we do not get pressured into the next course of action.

I also think this is a good time to buy bitcoin, even though the crypto market seems to be struggling, I am still optimistic that the price of bitcoin will go up again.
I also bought some potential altcoins top 10 coins because they are likely to go up again.

It is very true that it is difficult to predict BTC at this time, especially since Trump was elected president, the price of BTC has continued to decline, it seems like we have entered a bearish season if you look at the current situation, to achieve the highest value I think BTC has exceeded it several times from its previous highest price

If anyone could have known about the stability of bullish and bearish trends, they would definitely have been at the level of the rich people. With the current position of Bitcoin, we can still say that the bullish movement is not over. Rather, Bitcoin will be able to rise to another level in the few days. From 21 million coins are constantly starting to fill the wallets of the holders. Where there is a lot of demand in the market. If you are able to hold Bitcoin for the long term without being disturbed by the temporary price drop, then there will definitely be an opportunity to profit more from Bitcoin.

Good choice, I hope you will able to have some big profit if there comes the bullish market and as well the altcoin season.

But in my case I haven't bought the altcoin still now because I have already some investment on altcoins and I have bearing the losses still so I just go through with bitcoin because I know even if there comes the bear season in the future bitcoin will definitely goes up or cross my current investment rate.

It is for this reason that one may well decide to invest regardless of the prevailing market conditions, thus demonstrating a belief in potential. From the above fluctuations of BTC, it has been observed that it has always pulled through with great recovery. When many parties decide to wait for certainty we observe some opportunity that can be Optimised. Apart from that, selecting several coins from the top list also demonstrates knowledge of those assets that may provide more opportunities to build up again. Not all formations and assets are created similar, but it is obvious that coins that are already overbought have stronger chances to continue the move in a better direction and stay alive. Although this step appears that it does not support the belief in such a growth to some extent, it does so in a hidden way.

Think of it always as a temporary move and all of the BTC actions that were seeing, they're temporal. Not going to last and that's why we see a lot of swings, ups and downs from time to time. And just like now, we're seeing a temporary downtrend for Bitcoin. If we're going to count all of the remaining months for this year and then that's it, all we have to wait if this uptrend will be coming back before this year ends and I believe it will.

Unfortunately, people with paper hands don't see things that way.  ::) This is the reason why the market keeps crashing, and a small dip turns into a bigger one because people keep selling when they see the price going down a little bit, thinking that they are going to lose their profits and it's the beginning of the bear market, little they know is that such dips are a common occurance in this market and Bitcoin has gone through this a lot.

Those who are patient and understand the market will use this opportunity to buy even more because they know they are going to get profit from these dips and such are the people who will stay profitable even in difficult market situations.

I am also hoping for that market will go up trend once again and the things we are seeing on market as down trend these are the market correction mostly what I think it is the whale effects.
They want to do liquidated Bitcoin from the common people like as and that's why they want to do create a panic market right now which is obviously work from them because most of the people who were beginner in this industry they will sell their Bitcoin.
