Title: Can the days of NFTs be revived back?
Post by: Akinwale Akinkunmi on March 05, 2025, 12:39:31 PM
NFTs have indeed helped many people when they were still the talk of the moment. I still remember when old memes started gaining popularity again due to NFTs, and people began listing them on NFT marketplaces. Some individuals who never thought they'd earn thousands of dollars in their lifetime received 3-4 ETH just for selling their photos.

I also tried to follow suit, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for me. Now, the real question is: are NFTs' days over? It seems people have moved on to web3, leaving only a few individuals who are still making money from NFTs, unbeknownst to us. I recently discovered on X that some people are still minting NFTs and showcasing their success.

I'm interested in reviving NFT projects, particularly backing projects like $MNT and others because they have solid stance in Ethereum Layer 2 and also according to the whitepaper i came across recently. However, before doing so, I'd appreciate your advice on how to go about it.

NFTs aren’t as hyped as before, but people are still minting and making sales. If you’re thinking about reviving a project, research what’s working now. The thrill of mint getting listed could be a start of a revival for nfts projects. Let's see how it goes but with the support it has from platforms and VCS, it's looking good.

The NFT trend faded and that doesn't mean they are not a good way to make money now, only that you have to wait longer compared to when NFT trading was at its peak, and with that it won't be great to hold an NFT and not see who to sell to.
For the NFT project, I believe you meant to say MINT. The project is yet to be listed and on X, the project announced they will be listed on Bitget with a zero gas fee deposit. I look forward to seeing how it performs before rating it.
