i will study rules and I will buy at least 1 solana and stake it. option 3
I will post this info in this thread as it seems cool.
-
I believe I have to buy Solana first and then check it out because I know there are other ways to stake it, like with other pools, but I will just see how much it would be beneficial.
If it is just one Solana, I think I could also try it out. I have not yet decided.

Solana staking seems to be the trend these days concerning altcoins mostly. I've seen some ads and discussions too concerning staking on some pools too and to be honest the percentages are actually quite fancy too. But I've noticed some persons don't like to lock their coins for long.
It's like they don't actually trust the trend of solana that much so the stake for around 30 days so they can escape a huge dump if they eventually spot one coming.

I have a trezor that supports it. I purchased 1.1 Solana today.
I will get it set up for 1 Solana some time this week.
seems to be a better staking method than eth .
if it is eth will be tanking and still have more downwards price pressure .

I didn't know that
I looked it up, and if anyone wants more information, you can check it out here: https://content.trezor.io/solana-staking?utm_source=brevo&utm_campaign=Staking%20SOL%20Launch&utm_medium=email
7% APY, together with Everstake

you need to own a newer model trezor.
I have been busy with some real world issues. I do have 1.1 sol on hand to test it out.

I only have a Ledger nano S, and I'm looking for a second hardwallet
Which trezor do you have?
Looks like all Trezors are out of stock right now

I’m curious though how much profitable is Solana staking, I’ve also been coming across staking offers quite a lot lately. Though I might consider checking this out since i’ve seen how staking altcoins on launchpools can maximize gains.

I just moved 1.1 Solana to my Trezor model t and I put some as staked.

According to Coinbase the current staking rate of Solana is 5.12% per year, so are you going to add more into staking overtime? In the end of the month you're going to increase the staking amount to 2 or 3 Solana?

It's great that SOL staking is supported by Trezor. I don't use Trezor, but this is good news that confirms SOL value in this market, and Trezor also wants to support staking for SOL.
I haven't been staking since the beginning of 2025. I'm just doing Save to Earn on CEXs to be ready to take profits when the market gives me a signal of a trend reversal from up to down. If I had a lot of SOL, I'd Save to Earn on Binance instead of staking to get a few % profit while potentially missing the chance to take profits at ATH.

I have a Trezor but it has never been loaded with Solana or other altcoins, this hardware is only loaded with Bitcoin.
Trezor allows staking? What is the APY offered?
Because for myself in phantom wallet in some DEX only.

A good offer, they are offering 30% off, the original price is 129

Get that and get a Solana for under 220 for both. Considering Solana was over 240 it is like a free model t.
I WILL BUY MORE SOLANA AND ADD SOME on monday.

up date I purchased Solana when it went to 97 and 105 I moved 2 coins into my Trezor and staked them.
out of Coinbase and into the Trezor
(https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/04/13/x3GNm.png)

so 1.95 are earning and can be unlocked in 3 days
and 1.02 are pending for 3 days and then can be unlocked in another 3.
