Looking back on the days when the BSC ecosystem was the go-to platform for buying shitcoins on Trust Wallet, I remember purchasing Shiba, SafeMoon, and even BabyDoge through that same ecosystem. However, today, the Solana ecosystem seems to be taking center stage.
In my own opinion when people created projects back then, it wasn't easy to rug pull. However, with the emergence of different ecosystems, the story is different now as someone can create in a minute and rug it immediately.
I don't think the BSC ecosystem is dead, though. I recently read the whitepaper of one of their latest projects, $Bananas31, which caught my attention after seeing it lead the Binance vote-to-list rankings on Twitter. This suggests it has a possibility of getting listed on Binance. Although, I noticed it's already listed on Bitget and who knows other exchanges like MEXC, Bybit, and Kucoin may follow.
Do you think I should give BSC projects another chance and invest in this one before it potentially gets listed on Binance?

I will always give preference to SOL projects. It is not good for any project in most cases when the possibility of manipulation by big players/institutions is quite reasonable. SOL will be more decentralized and community oriented than BSC at any time.

I don't think having a preference is a good idea if your goal is to reap profit as much as possible. The ideal thing to do would be to look at as many projects as possible regardless of the chain they use. It doesn't give any guarantee that you will be able to profit from it, but at least it will make you notice potential projects on the market.
I'm not familiar with the project you discovered, but I suggest you invest the amount you can afford to lose. Whether on Solana or BSC, you should never go all in because you feel the network is quite good. After all, you're investing in new projects or a meme that turns out to be a scam.

But in the last couple months, the manipulations of sol projects have been devastating. Bsc on the other hand isn't experiencing that much from what I've noticed

In between BSC and Solana, am more looking at the project in question rather than the platform it is launched though one advantage of BSC is that maybe it got more chances to be listed in Binance (though of course, it is not automatic). As we have seen and experienced, a good project can spark the interest of the market regardless if it is under Sol or BSC. And since we don't have an exclusive contract with either of them then we should take advantage of them both. Right now, Solana remains to be the leader when it comes to launching a new project but BSC is not yet out and it is even making a good comeback. What is getting to be out of the flavor is TON but let's hope it would still make a dramatic reentry into the game soon so we can have these three platforms dominating the scene.

BSC is interesting because lately there are many topics discussing it... however, until now I think SOLANA still dominates the market, especially for the meme market... if the transition occurs, including the community and its hype, from SOL to BSC, then it is likely that many will forget the centralized aspect that is the main characteristic of BSC... meaning, here it doesn't matter what decentralization is... what matters is profit.
Did CZ succeed in bringing the community and hype to BSC?

I'm comfortable with Eth and Metamask, so I use Bnb instead of Sol. Sol was really successful last season, and I wanted to try DeFi in that ecosystem, but unfortunately, this season, everything related to Sol is just airdrops and memecoins.
Bnb is also trying to support memecoins now, and I'm not sure if they can succeed since memecoins seem to be dead. From an investment perspective, only BNB and CAKE are worth my buy & hold. I won't risk buying any BEP20 tokens before they are listed on Binance CEX.

What you are still talking about is in the future, but looking at BSC projects with the longevity and low issue of rug projects i will always prefer them everytime.

You will find good and bad projects from all chains so it is absolutely impossible to say specifically which chain's project you should invest in for maximum profit. Whenever you are thinking of investing in a project then do adequate research on it such as the project partnerships, roadmap, and funds received from token sales. However, many investors follow new hype so currently it is available from solona right now. But some researchers say that many new good projects will enter the market in the future through the hands of bsc chain, so many investors are preparing in advance.

If OP question about which one prefer between BSC Project or Sol Project asked around last three years ago absolutely choosing BSC project as investment way than Sol, but its not recommended for right now after BSC project era have been over during many new coins of BSC project easily become scam. R
Right now many investor interested with Sol coin project, have thousand new or meme coins of Sol project launch during not all success but have bigger profitable chance earn when investing with Sol project than BSC coins project. I can't remember well how many years ago keep participating for BSC project coins investment.
