Hello everyone, I don't think I'm the only one thinking about NFTs lately. Are there still people creating NFTs, and making money without revealing it publicly, because apart from the minting process that i do hear, it seems like Web3 has stolen the spotlight from NFTs. As someone considering reviving NFTs, what advice would you give me?

Well, I don't have any activity related to NFTs. I don't buy or hold NFTs, and I don't create NFT collections. All I do is buy a few native tokens of platforms that support NFTs, like MANA, SAND, and FLOW.
The Web3 trend hasn't been mentioned in the market, because if it was really hot, the DOT price would have increased significantly instead of staying in the bottom accumulation zone ^^ I think NFTs still have their own potential, but will only be of interest when GameFi, SoFi, and MoveFi return and explode in the market. These trends need NFTs and will drive their development!

In terms of market focus and interest, it seems to me that NFT is now being buried by other narratives including Web3. Investors, buyers and traders are all human beings and so all the things these people do are based on profit potential and so when they think they are not anymore getting anything they would mostly jump the ship and look on the horizon for something else. In a nutshell, that's what is happening with the NFT market. I am sure there are still many who are minting NFT and they can still be sold but the excitement of the past is not anymore present. Now, one way we can reignite the fire of NFT is if we can infuse use-cases into them because for sure I don't see any value of a digital art if their use is just for viewing purposes. There are still many things we can do with NFTs and am hoping that when it is revived there will be more innovations that we can appreciate on this aspect.

For me, I see that people still make money from NFTs, just more quietly now. Web3 took the spotlight, but NFTs are still alive. Some are still creating, flipping, or adding real use to them. Might be the right time to jump back in and do it differently.
