cryptomixer I used their service to mix BTC, but they gave me nearly 4 BTC less. I have been contacting them by email for a month, I used the correct website address, and have a guarantee letter, and the problem has not been resolved. Does anyone know how to contact them? Please help me, thank you!

Do not always believe reviewing site but I use to believe some negative review like this: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/cryptomixer.io
Check this on Bitcointalk:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5496546.msg64096698#msg64096698
Do not use CryptoMixer, they have a connection with yomix (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5477452.msg63892572#msg63892572) who are also scamming their users and in addition are possibly ran by the same group/entity with ties to North Korea.
Only use mixers that are listed here (https://bitmixlist.org). Others could end up being fake websites.

cryptomixer.io
No need to be using sites that are not reputed. I can recommend https://mixtum.io/ instead. I have also used https://mixero.io/ before which are both good sites. Use reputed sites.
Avoid cryptomixer.io

I can't get my funds back now.

I can't get my funds back now.
It is now not a reputed site. There have been people that complained that the mixer scammed them.

Yes I have a guarantee letter, I emailed them and got some irrelevant responses, then they stopped responding to me, the problem was not solved

@chekxksfda, I can understand your anxiety and concern, but repeating the same thing in multiple threads and opening new threads with titles in a language other than English won't magically return your funds to your wallet.
If you think you've been scammed, you can open a thread on the corresponding board: Reputation, Scams & Phishing (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=84.0).
Please don't open more threads talking about the same thing and always use English unless you're talking on local forums. Thank you.
I hope your problem is solved soon.

Just like small exchanges, we should be careful with Bitcoin mixing services. had it been me, I would only choose from the list of mixers who are partnering with the forum as they are more reputable and trust-worthy compared to others. You should always see and read reviews of the people who already experienced what the specific mixer is offering so you can slash the chance of getting into unsolved problems and at the end lost some funds. I am wishing that soon that mixer will listen and work with you to resolve the issue. Losing assets due to a third-party service provider is always unacceptable.

Yeah, the victim needs to be guided on how to recover their BTC instead of looking for other mixer services on the market. I've never used a cryptomixer, but I think to survive in the market, they must have their own advantages. I hope this is just a small problem and @chekxksfda will be able to resolve it soon when contacting the CryptoMixer team, possibly via the thread on BitcoinTalk.
It would be great if CryptoMixer had a topic on AltcoinsTalks, then they could serve users more effectively. I think President could contact them and make this suggestion, then AltcoinsTalks members would have more signature campaigns and interesting contests to participate in.
From this incident, we can also learn a lot, in addition to choosing reputable mixers in the market, trying to mix a small amount of BTC is also necessary to verify the mixers' service.

Is yomix still available in the market. I thought they had an issue same period that sinbad was banned?
Op, Instead of using a mixer service you are not sure of, just use the ones around in the forum. Just see our signatures and you will see some mixers

Is yomix still available in the market. I thought they had an issue same period that sinbad was banned?
OP is referring to another mixer which is now a mixer linked to Yomix. Yomix scam did not start immediately Sinbad was banned. They had signature campaign on Bitcointalk until mixers were banned and it started to scam people after mixers were banned. What that is important now is that people should stay away from both mixers in order to avoid being scammed.

When it comes to mixers, people should go with reputation and trust, this is because when it comes to mixers, scam is eminent. Casinos are somehow fair because there are regulating bodies governing it unlike mixers. I have known yomix mixer from bitcointalk but I didn't know it has started scaming
