Title: Q1 projects to mine, looking out for the listing this April
Post by: Kalustx on April 03, 2025, 05:18:39 PM
There are some airdrops on my watchlist for April, most of them are Q1 projects but for some reasons, we are seeing them on the Q2 arena…this are;
1. XENA airdrop
2. DAWN airdrop
3. Moon berg airdrop
4. Naris protocol
5. Stakestone
6. GUNZ

Most are already listed and some you can still get started anyway, DYOR

Op I think you are actually misquoting airdropping as mining. Mining has a lot to do with having the necessary gear and hash rate depending on the network you are actually working on and the kind of mechanism it is built on. Basically for you to mine I think is should be a coin on its own chain and not a layered token.

This is the reason why saying you mine some meme coins is quite wrong since they actually don't have their own chain but are layered on other chains especially some like solana.

Is it intentional? The title say "mine", but the thread say "airdrops".

This is the reason why saying you mine some meme coins is quite wrong since they actually don't have their own chain but are layered on other chains especially some like solana.

In addition, people should call it "meme token" rather than "meme coin" to prevent confusion or misinformation/.

Exactly that is basically what they should be called given the way they are strategized and their major properties which obviously makes them tokens but the question is will people actually make use of tokens instead of coins when referring to them?

I see this names actually as a delusional escape to what meme coins truly are and that is the reason why you see them refer to them like they are main coins having their own networks these are basically just part of hypes.
