We all know the crypto space is fast-paced and full of opportunities but sometimes it’s what you know isn’t enough but who you know also. There is this popular saying “your network is your networth” which literally means the relationships you are able to make and people you connect with will impact your financial success. This even applies in every aspect of our lives not only in our crypto aspect. But i’m curious about the crypto aspect because whether you’re an investor or an enthusiast or a developer, networking will always open doors. How do you network in the crypto industry ?

The best relationships I have in crypto come from the forums, I've been part of the community for years and even with so many social networks, the forum is still the place I frequent the most
Nowadays, speaking only of crypto, it's very easy to network through X or Discord, these two social networks are very strong for those who need to find partners for any type of project, LinkedIn ia a great tool also, but I don't use it
It's also interesting to note that for all the risks of being a crypto user in the real world, you can easily network and be anonymous, having your privacy maintained, is a very good feature of the crypto world, and you can achieve here in this forum for example

you can start here in forum itself you will meet a lot of people around this forum and even only through online you can develop some good relationships on here
online friends though you might not meet in real life can still help you through only messages like they could advise you about something or warn you about something or just generally have a good and enjoyable conversation

Cryptocurrency forums are the best place to start your network from because there are professionals in various aspect of cryptocurrency. You will see a developer, trader, investor and high technical people. Infact, all my knowledge on cryptocurrency was gotten from the forum and I haven't come accross anyone outside the forum that can guide me through.

I agree with you, most of us have made friends and network our services via these crypto forums and that's why I also believe that crypto forums are still the best place for the ones who want to build a network of same minded people who are interested in same goals.
If someone's goal is to be good at trading then there are many traders on crypto forums like Altcoinstalk and Bitcointalk and one can make close relationship with those traders by being friendly. I must say that I've made some good friends on crypto forums who are so close to me and whom I respect from core of my heart.

It’s interesting I’m not the only one with this experience, i frequently use X prior to discovering the forum but the unique way of interaction has made me switched to forums more. It’s also interesting how most are pointing out they mostly network through forums, I’d also look forward to that.

forums like altcoin and btt are the best forums in my opinion to gain knowledge about crypto, where in both forums there are many sub topics from various coins and tokens even for general knowledge, but searches are not only from social media forums and discussion platforms are also good, remember if you enter the crypto world never feel satisfied with the knowledge gained but continue to explore what is trending in the crypto world, not just looking at the price

Aside from the forum, physical seminars and meetups are other ways to have network in crypto. That has how it been for me and the movement in the counrty went through. But through social media, I think it's the strongest way nowadays to meet new people and then to have some network that's worth it.

I want to say here that the ability to networking is one of the most important skills we have. Many times it is seen that even though you have the proper skills, you are not able to utilize your skills properly due to lack of networking ability.
Now how do you do crypto networking, this is the main topic, here I will talk about our school life, we will consider school life as a platform and when we go there, we do not immediately become friends. After doing regular classes there and interacting with classmates, we find them as friends.
Similarly, if we want to network in the crypto space, first we have to use our crypto communities as a platform and go there and interact with the users of that community, from there your networking will gradually increase.

It's interesting to note that people often go the other way around, they may have started using forums and then migrated to other more dynamic and faster social networks, like X
But in my opinion, there is nothing today that beats the organization of the forum and the knowledge that is stored here
X and Discord, for example, are very difficult to find older information on, whereas here on the forum we can search and even a lot of things are indexed in Google search, which makes them easier to find

How do you network in the crypto industry ?
Aside from this forum, if you are looking to network offline in the crypto industry, then you should start considering attending events organized concerning cryptocurrency so you could meet others with like interests as you. You have to be cautious too because not everybody you meet at such events has a good intention towards others. Some of them are scammers and cybercriminals looking for their next victims, and this is not just the people you meet there but also the organizers.

We are full of many opportunities in our daily life. From here we get an idea about the crypto world network. Some of the things we can learn from crypto are similar to our real life. We get an idea of how a network or blockchain works perfectly. Many investors who are new to the market get an idea about the network. Because they may be watching different media. For example, if you use Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, then you get an idea. Crypto should be applicable in every aspect of our life. Then we will be able to encourage investment and achieve development.

You can go to crypto meetups, however, take note that because of how crypto works, a lot of people will want to remain forever anonymous. You can network with people in crypto forums, you don't have to see them physically, so many people have made friends this way and it is great to know that you have friends as far as the other side of the world.

I have no active network in the crypto space than the people I got to meet mostly in forums like this. I actively participate in the social media but it would be very hard to come across someone you share same energy of the crypto space with unlike this forums where everyone is an enthusiast of bitcoin and was what made them to be here in the first place. The crypto space is an interactive platform where sharing ideas will help boost your horizon and thinking mentality about the space. You’ll get to learn more things and have more knowledge about crypto which you may never have heard or come across them before in the past. Networking is good and when you have a very good one, you’ll be glad you connected with such people and shared ideas together.

Outside of the community? No, I don't network with people, I mean it's not that easy to talk crypto in public right now. It's very dangerous as you don't know who are the people that you are talking to.
So it's just best to go online, but still though, the forum here and on the other side is the best to network. And I do not know what kind of opportunity you are looking for. It's best to invest on the likes of Bitcoin and then hold for a long term, easy as that.

This is sometimes the case, the more that one involves himself in a particular subject or endeavour, the lesser the individuals one has to interact with. This is not because they are uncaring individuals but this is probably because they have not been able to peruse through our profiles. Thus, we do not reveal information to any person haphazardly while evaluating who among them deserves to be informed of our actions. It is not the issue of fear but rather requirement for one to safe guard himself/herself from any bias. The limited communities we choose are where we have a perfect opportunity to share not only because people is familiar but because people will not misrepresent our idea. And, gradually, from there we just go on, however quietly. Being able to remain anonymous is one of the greatest aspects of being involved in the crypto world.

Actually I have been connected to some such forums for years so my best relationship comes from these forums. But crypto has now created excitement in all media like x, telegram and some other media there is a lot of promotion of crypto. All my knowledge about cryptocurrency was gained from the forum so in this forum you will find different traders and developers. Here you can see high tech people and gain a lot of knowledge from them. In this type of forum, everything is presented so simply that once you practice well then you will understand everything easily.
