Please don't surf Reddit sub lifehacks and post from there, if you figured something on your own, and it has been useful to you, then only post here.
In my case, I figured recently that if you speak while breathing out, the speech becomes smoother and more resonating.
There are people who naturally speak while breathing out so this may be useless to them but in my case I used to speak while holding breath or breathing in and in turn my speech was shallow.

15 minutes rest or more than in a day has been helped to me, I can't miss doing that every day to energized myself to continue my day to day activities.
The life hack I find important for everyone to do, is to make sure they take water as soon as they wake up every morning. It helps a lot in the body system.

If I try a 15-minute nap when I am sleepy or tired, I will wake up 1-2 hours later. Do you know what I think? When you are exhausted, it is okay to sleep.

Well, you need to keep alarm to wake up after 15 minutes, otherwise obviously you'll sleep more.
By the way, I also take day naps, and that goes for couple hours (so can't really call it 'nap', can we?), I don't mind it though because normally I sleep at 10 PM or so but with nap, I'll sleep at 2/3 AM — so awake hours stay more or less same.

Very good, it’s doesn’t mean one has to sleep for hours before they can be relieved of stress, yes, sleeping or relaxing can be very helpful but those sleep that comes we one is over tired, once you sleep or rest for a while, even if it’s not up to 15 minutes can really work wonders in your body system, than those ones that you will sleep for hours yet, your body will still be tired or you won’t feel like as if you even slept. So it’s very good to always give your body what it needs for effective treatment of the body from stress, anxiety and depression etc.

This is somewhat recent, but sleeping early feels better than staying late. I know it’s not a life hack entirely, but it has changed my life, so it is for me. Maybe it depends on my chronotype. I don’t know, but maybe life would be better if you learned about the different chronotypes and adjusted accordingly.

I usually wake up around 10 am due to my staying late, but at times when I sleep early and wake up at 6/7 AM ,I feel I have more time at hand than usual. So I know what you are talking about.

we're different in nature. As for me, when I am sleepy or tired, taking a 15 minutes nap always results in sickness for me. because if am tired and I decided to take a fifteen minutes nap after I woke up I will feel unwell, I don't know why, But that's how it has always been for me. Because I was not able to take a proper rest has I deserved. So the life hacks I discovered on my own is that I sleep heavily(for like an hour) whenever I tired. And will feel relieved, refreshed and more healthier when I wake up.

Mine is that, if I try 15 minutes nap and wake up. I will be having headache which will make me go back to sleep. Whenever, I am less busy, I take a good rest to refershen my system. My lifehack is doing exercise daily for at least 15 minutes, it's a healthy practice.

Keep a reminder like a list of things you want to achieve and keep visiting it often will help us to be more focused on what we wish to achieve. This is probably said by many so I am saying I followed this at some point and it really works, it's not that writing will make changes but seeing it again and again will tell your brain to do and while avoiding create a sense of guilt.

Naps are good, but this isnt that effective on me. Why? If i have decided to have that 15 minute then it turned out to be that 2-3 hours period on which if ever i've been doing something then i do already have that missed it out entirely. This is why i dont have those kind of short naps because of this situation. Speaking about some life hacks then i havent been able to discover something. I do just usually do the same stuff on what others been doing. If i do able to see something or based up on observation then i would be trying out to adapt it and apply on the current things that i've been dealing into.

I usually do this whenever I am sleepy and I need to go on a long engagement online, I just take a 20mins nap with my alarm on and after that, I will feel so much energized to work for a long time. Sometimes, too, when I just feel too weak to do anything but need to fix up some domestic activities, I do the same thing, and I get a kind of energised to do more work than I expected.

Yes alarm is the solution for that because there is no way somebody will sleep with the intention of waking up in 5 minute they would meet up with that time without alarm because is too close and five minutes is like the very moment the person close their eyes for sleep, so instead of five minutes is better when the person does not sleep at all because like me if do not have the enough sleep my body needed at that moment it will affect me, so the least sleep period should be from 1hr and above to give the body all the rest it needed.

So, this is what I have started doing recently, and I think has only positives. Whenever lust comes, if you are used to masturbating, you instead exercise; it'll help you develop better body and it's good redirection of sexual energy.
