Do we have permanent change of AltcoinsTalks logo, or this is some testing? And who made this new logo?
I think the new logo looks cleaner and it is better than old logo, but I would make some corrections, maybe make word ALT the same orange color as word TALKS.
I am interested to hear what other members think about it.

You can't make or suggest a correction to something thats already been decided and even uploaded without stating the reason why you think the correction you suggested is really important, so I ask you, why do you think turning the ALT word to the same orange Color as TALKS really matters? If it's just about beauty, well, I personally think the design is fine the way it is..
The new logo to me looks more modern, elegant and appear way clear and cleaner than the previous logo, I hope this stays permanent, atleast for a long time if ever it will have to be changed again..

It's definitely clean and simple elegant, it's much better than the previous one, but i don't think admin will stick to this design. We might see another version of logo except for those seasonal logo versions.

I loved the new logo, I hope it stays that way. The font matches well and the black and orange colors provide a great contrast.
It looks much better than the old one, which I also liked.

As for your suggestion, I'd keep it the way it is, but not bad either, since we will probably have more changes to the logo.

I can do whatever I want and I don't have to ask permission from you sir.
Have a nice day.

Oh I am sure logos is going to change all the time, we got used to that ;)
I see now they increased the size and added egg instead of letter O.

I think the misunderstanding came from your choice of words. It would have been better you said "you have a suggestion", than saying "you have a correction". When we say correction, it means there's an obvious mistake that needs to be corrected, but in this context, it is just placement of colour which is very much subjective. So, it should be called a suggestion instead of correction.
I also think the logo is fine that way. Repeat orange in the beginning and ending of the logo might look fine but will lose some touch of maturity.
Option A: AltcoinsTalks
Option B: AltcoinsTalks
To me, option B looks better, but so many people will choose option A, which is why I said it's subjective.

No, it seems that it is not permanent because previously I saw that the altcoinstalks logo had a crescent moon and star for the Ramadhan event.
You also provided a screenshot with evidence of the altcoinstalks logo that had no other additions, aka the pure altcoinstalks logo.
But now you can also see that the altcoinstalks logo has a colorful egg image and I think that is unique and cute.
Or maybe this egg is identical to Egg Spring like this https://www.nps.gov/places/egg-spring.htm , but I'm not sure if that information can be related to this new altcoinstalks logo.

Lolz 😂, I have no misunderstanding with anyone bud, if you or him or both of you choose to misunderstand me, that's completely up to you guys, I said what I said and know what I said...
You or him can't read/quote part of a sentence and expect to understand the message in the sentence the way the writer mean it, what happened to the other part of the sentence..
Read the complete sentence again..
You can't make or suggest a correction to something thats already been decided and even uploaded without stating the reason why you think the correction you suggested is really important.
dkbit98 clearly saw where I added a comma (,) which signified the end of that particular sentence, but he deliberatly choose to pick some part off a complete sentence to use to maybe pick offence with me, that's his cup of tea really..
And whether his idea is a suggestion or a correction doesn't matter at all to me, the question I asked was, why is his idea of orange black orange better than the black black orange the admin choose?
You suggest something without giving reason why you suggest3d it, and someone asked you to give reason(s) why you brought up such suggestion, and it became a problem to you.. Who does that.. 🤣🤣🤣

The truth is that the last logo needed to be updated a bit, since I seem to remember that it's the same one that started the forum.
Well, I guess the admin could (since that would only take a few minutes to do) change the colors you mention and even try other combinations that users might suggest.
I guess changing the logo every so often (every year, for example) would give the forum a different, fresh look.

I believe we should establish a consistent logo to build our forum's brand. Regularly changing the logo could confuse members and investors searching online.
The forum has already incorporated icons related to major cultural events, which is sufficient to create a fun and friendly atmosphere. The current logo is quite nice, I like it and think it's professional enough to represent us.

This for precisely this reason +1
Having a modern logo that is consistent, rather than regularly changing, is important for brand awareness (studies show logos become engrained deep in our memories overtime etc). The fact it is regularly adapted for events etc is a bonus, keeping it fresh and fun, further engraining that memory with such variations.
Sometimes an update is just good and doesn't need fixing, improving, or even criticising. Even if everyone is still welcome to their opinion :)
-
I have noticed this for quite some time already, and I think it is way better. I also like the new setup, where it’s being updated for seasonal events like Easter. It’s good. I appreciate this.
-
Eh. The old logo looked too tall anyways. This one looks better, but the "a" at the end of the logo annoys me a bit. it looks like an upside-down "e". But other than that, it's quite solid. Also the design of putting the easter egg inside the o is cool but it's slightly off-dimension.
Now the next question is, when are they going to update the favicon from that orange orb?
-
That's really nice :D
I've been working with logos for many years, and after all this time, simplicity and objectivity is something I like a lot
I like the colors black and orange. The orange has everything to do with crypto
Easy to read font, good size and simple 8)

I completely agree wit you, the forum needs a permanent logo that it will be known for, personally, I think it doesn't really make any sense to be changing logo yearly or in every season of festive period, changing logo the forum's logo from time to time is like changing the forum's identity or means of identity and this is not really nice, the forum needs a permanent logo it will be known or recognized for, this does not mean that during seasons like we are currently, some image representing the season we are in won't be added to the logo, example is the Easter egg that is added to the current logo, during Christmas, a Christmas cap or hat would be added..
-

I align more with kryptobull on this. Logo ought to be permanent as a principal branding element. There are other things that can be updated or rebranded regularly, it shouldn't be the logo. Logo is more or less an identifier, so changing it often will mean changing identity of the forum often.

I know many people will choose the option A. If I were the admin, I could make it open for a lil deliberation or simply go through this thread to gather opinions.

This is just the font they are using, it is the same font for all letters.
I see they changed the size again, but I don't like that Altcoins is taller and thicker than the word Talks.
It would be cool if they could tell us who is making and changing logos all the time 8)

So that we can provide input or some polling needed to determine the permanent logo of Altcointalks,
because it must have a permanent logo, even though the logo will adjust to the events and holidays that occur all the time.
I also don't know who the staff at altcointalks are.

Nah, we don't need to have permanent logo for Altcoinstalks forum.
Even big brands are changing their logos after some time to make things look more fresh.
Maybe having a unique symbol would be cool, but we currently have mostly textual logo.
-
The new logo looks more professional and it's better than the previous logo I believe. It's more cleaner and created properly but I think it should look even better if T of talks might have same size font as A of altcoins.
-
I am interested to hear what other members think about it.
It gives the forum a refreshing look. Kudos to the designer and even the admin who deemed it needed.

What I mean by that is, it has a unique symbol that can be combined with a variety of logo designs that will change depending on the events and events of the big day that happen, like the previous altcointalks did.
Unique and iconic symbols will make the logo even more distinctive.
I created a logo with the help of chatGPT, maybe this is a pretty good example as an Altcointalk symbol.

Sorry but I don't like it, especially that chain part below, and I usually don't like anything generated by AI.
I think forum already have a symbol A that is used as a small favicon already, so that can be used as addition to new textual logo.

It's just an example and make it random, I can also create some logos manually.
But yes the forum already has a logo favicon with the letter A just like the Bitcointalk logo favicon.

I also like the new logo better.
If we are already talking about the combination of colors, it would be more logical for the "Altcoins" part to be orange, and the "talks" part to be black. This would emphasize an important part of the forum's name and the fact that it is more dedicated to altcoins.

We can have different opinions but we actually don't even know who designed and created the new logo, or if he is accepting any feedback for potential updates.
I am fine with any logo as long it is simnple, we don't need anything complicated with lot of elements and graphical parts.
