Title: the pope sadly passes away
Post by: bitterguy28 on April 22, 2025, 06:10:45 PM
pope francis was the head of the catholic church for about 12 years even those who are not catholics may have known pope francis and i believe even as a noncatholic everyone can be inspired with the work he has done he was kind and very different from the past popes in the church in a good way as he was very welcoming to everyone and very humble and very down to earth

it would be nice to hear how people felt about the passing of such an important person in the world, regardless whether you are a catholic or not.

He was one of those rare leaders that lead with compassion, and genuine concern for humanity.  Even if you are not a Catholic, you could still feel the weight and sincerity of his messages. He brought a sense of calm and moral clarity to the world.  Truly he would be forever missed. May his gentle and calm soul rest in perfect peace..... Amen

No doubt, he showed love and kindness in the best way he can but when the news broke out on how he was buried, people were not there to pay their last respect to them, which got people talking, if he led in a genuine way or not but in this world, no matter how good one lives or how bad one lives, there are people who will talk good about the person, and also there people who will talk bad about the person, in all people will always talk about people lives.
So it’s very important to live a good legacy and to live a happy life for other people to emulate.

The Pope Francis remains was laid in St Peter Basilica church for whomever wants to pay their last respect to do so before burial. It's not everyone that will be in his burial ceremony because it will be for selected Cardinals, and priest. I don't see anything wrong that his burial wasn't for all.

I am not a Christian, but I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Pope Francis, the head of the Catholic Church, because he was a man of peace and tolerance. I respect all men of esteemed standing in all religions.

We need these men who spread love and peace in this world filled with hatred and war. The presence of such people helps spread love, peace, brotherhood, and equality among all people, regardless of their religion. Their passing is a loss to humanity.

I am Catholic, but I know that Pope Francis is a man of peace. He preaches peace more often wherever he goes, for the world to remain at peace to stop the killing of innocent citizens through war. However, his memory will live on, in the minds of Catholics and non-Catholics for the love, peace, and care he has shown to humanity

Today been the 26th of April Pope Francis was buried and we saw it live on the tv. There was a total of 200000 attendees in his burial. This shows that he wasn't buried secretly and the information that you got was wrong. I saw how people came together to give their last respect from all over the world. May his soul rest in peace. Amen.

The pope is a popular symbol of Christianity, and his loss is generally regarded and felt by all Christians in the Catholic denomination or not. His funeral is one that a lot of individuals around the world and religious bodies will be paying a lot of attention to. A new process would begin for the selection of a new pope to head the Catholic Church. I hope the process is fair and without corruption.

Pope Francis was someone you could look up to. He was kind, humble, and treated everyone with respect. His passing feels like a big loss for the world. It would be nice to hear how people feel because he has touched many lives.
