XRP ETF Launches in Brazil, Securing Regulated XRP Access for Investors

The Brazilian crypto market has taken another big step forward. Asset manager Hashdex revealed that they would launch XRPH11, or what they claimed to be “the world’s first XRP ETF.” This ETF, which is registered in Brazil, is expected to strengthen the crypto investment domain in the country while also helping Hashdex propel the industry forward.

ironically xrp is an american company but until now doesn’t have any official etf yet in the country and we see brazil is the one taking those steps forward if usa continues to be indecisive sooner or later more countries will be ahead of usa in terms of crypto industry

I don't see it that way. The EUA is leading the world when it comes to cryptocurrencies, especially with the support of the evil orange man who vehemently supports Bitcoin.

Marco for brazil, although I don't like XRP because it's centralized (and I don't think it should even be considered a cryptocurrency). Despite the central purpose of XRP being to optimize money transfers between different countries, eliminating the need for traditional bank transactions... But that is the purpose of decentralized currencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc.

With this news of the approval of your ETF in brazil, do you speculate that it will drive XRP higher or will it change relatively nothing?

There is an uptick in XRP price due to this news though this may not yet be the one to drive the price of XRP to sky-high but this can create a more positive tone for XRP at home, contributing to its ETF in USA to be approved soon. SEC right now is not hurrying up approvals of new spot ETF and that is quite understandable as study and analysis can take some time...and let's allow SEC some room for that, to do their job. However, the SEC approved the first futures ETF (https://www.livemint.com/market/cryptocurrency/cryptocurrency-news-updates-us-sec-approve-launch-xrp-futures-etfs-april-30-how-buy-need-to-know-bitcoin-markets-ripple-11745801951469.html) for XRP starting April 30. I am not a big fan of XRP but there is no doubt that right now many holders and supporters are happy and many are expecting bigger bull run within this year...let's hope this expectation will not be crushed and that XRP will really perform in USA and not just in Brazil.

trump did say that he was gonna include xrp to the strategic reserve alongside bitcoin and other altcoins so people are expecting huge things from xrp in the usa i am just curious what usa could possibly think about another country making progress with xrp well maybe they are confident enough that they will soon reach that point with xrp because trump did say he wanted to be the crypto capital of the world

It seems that it will actually be realized, considering that ETFs for BTC and ETH are representatives of strong coins, and for the more famous centralized coin XRP, it will also get its turn to be listed after getting high demand from the cryptocurrency sector related to ETFs...

The good relationship between developers and the US government does not rule out the possibility of positive things happening in the near future, considering that the US government will also certainly get strategic sponsorship from the presence of XRP in their government.

Of all countries, it should have been US first for they are the ones who claim to be crypto capital.

Who knows what could happen, if they see XRP rising and they see enough institutions are interested in making this token rise up, they may really approve the XRP ETF effectively just milking from those countries accepting XRP ETF. Garlinghouse probably just dumping his XRP top Brazil's institutions. US SEC probably just observing the effect of ETF in Brazil.

Hardly anyone likes XRP hahaha
It's probably better for it to be in ETFs which may be more the coin's target audience
I think it's only a matter of time before there's an XRP ETF in the United States too

Brazil is not a very relevant market in the sense of ETFs, our volume is not so relevant
Just look at the Solana ETF, it has 16m of marketcap here in BR

Every thing about the growth of XRP and coins selected along side Bitcoin now rest on the strategic reserve to boost new demand in the coming years. I think with a further XRP promotions, just like what is goin on Brazil, XRP will be making another ground breaking altcoins dominance in my opinion.
Hopefully, Xrp may be making another All Time High if the ETF is approved. It good to keep an eye on the developments
around Ripple (XRP) project for a better trading/investing entrance.

I think this site investing.com is very good, I sometimes use it to analyze some data.

I don't have a broad understanding of the traditional market, but in case I'm mistaken, some ETFs pay dividends, right? After reading it, I saw that COIN11 pays dividends of 2% per month.

I think this issue of ETFs paying dividends could generate a good discussion.

Would you invest in these ETFs or trade directly in the spot market?

I have nothing in ETFs or the stock market
But I have some SOL in my portfolio, which I put in DeFi and I'm farming some airdrops with the coins
In addition to being in stake/restake also yielding small interest

I don't intend to own any ETFs or shares any time soon, and I confess that I don't have that much knowledge  ;D

It's easy to say things like "more countries will be ahead of USA in terms of crypto industry" when another country becomes the first country to do something related to crypto, but let's take note that the US companies particularly those huge institutions are the first ones that got the first Spot Bitcoin ETF, and Spot Ethereum ETF. This is far more impactful than XRP only. Too exaggerated in my opinion.

Anyway, the chairman of the SEC right now is a pro-crypto so it's only a matter of time until a Spot Ripple ETF will be accepted as well. Just wait.

It didn't have any effect at all towards the price of XRP, and probably it's because it isn't US that accepted it. Anyway, like I said, it's only a matter of time until US institutions will apply for their own Spot Ripple ETF as well.

Our market here in Brazil is very small in terms of volume and influence, it's not that relevant to have big changes in price
It seems that only the United States has that much influence at the moment
Even Europe isn't having that much influence, We seem to be very dependent on the US

I don't think we should take it as a race, and every time we should compare it with the USA. I don't really know if you are from USA or not, but I am not, and I think we should really not compare every move from other countries with the USA. Because this is giving the USA an upper hand, and that's why this news is giving a small image, like no one is buying this news, you know why.

First, the market is smaller, which is true, but it is the first XRP ETF and no one seems to be talking about it as they were talking about ETH (I am not going to say BTC). When we give the spotlight to a single country for too many things, they start to abuse it like Trump has done, while I am not against him.

It's just a matter of time, XRP in the USA, if that happens it's certain that XRP will fly back in price and sales, where this coin used to be a favorite coin after ETH
