Title: Huge steps towards cashless society in Georgia
Post by: Pepstar on July 13, 2018, 10:23:37 PM
Was checking up on regional crypto news today and found an article about efforts being made to implement a payment solution in Georgia & the whole Black Sea region. Plans are to develop api's to integrate into ecommerce sites (webshops) and in time also into brick & moral shops. The solution will be offered by Spotcoin, and it's called Spotpay, making cryptocurrency payments just as integrated and accepted as a bank transfers or credit card payments. I am getting excited of all these examples where blockchain & crypto is used to make this world a better place :). Read more about this nice initiative here! What are you talking about, if a project uses Medium to publish their press releases, it is a press release :P ?

Or can it only be news if it is published on a specific 'medium' ?

Anyway. My title could indeed be seen as a way to entice you to read, but it doesn't mean it is 'wrong'...I changed the way the link was presented btw...since it wasn't about whether I called it a press release or not :)

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I don't use Medium. Is there any link to their official website? I am changing my post.

By the way, I am really glad to hear this good news.

I also saw this in the neighboring forum, and I like news like this.

In fact, from this news, banknotes will be replaced by credit cards such as ATMs and more advanced ATMs use the system from the cryptocurrency blockchain so that there is no data forgery.

Wow, that's a very good information. If this country is indeed successful in digitizing digital currencies, one of them is Cryptocurrency. Then this will have a very positive impact on Crypto currencies. I can't imagine how many people jumped into the crypto world and bought coins there to trade.
